The cookies alone are to die for (what diet?). If you don’t know what flavor to choose, PICK THEM ALL. I especially love that Chubby Cookies keeps its staple menu, then adds seasonal flavors. Don’t miss out on the current seasonal, the Hazeltine- who can say no to Nutella?? My birthday dinner was literally cookies. YUM.

However, the most impressive (and special!) part of my entire experience was John. When my birthday code didn’t work on the website and I sent Chubby Cookie an email, I didn’t expect such a quick answer. John responded with such alacrity and warmness that is so rare to find nowadays (but I truly felt it come through in his emails!). In a world of automated messages/unenthusiastic customer service-type responses/extremely long wait times for a simple answer, I truly appreciated John’s swiftness in taking care of my issue and confirming my order.

Two days later, not only did he remember it was my birthday, he added a couple of free cookies to my order.

Highly recommended!! I saved a couple cookies for my coworkers who are huge cookie snobs- no doubt they’re going to go nuts tomorrow.

Chubby Cookies trumps Milk Jar Cookies, which crushes Crumbl (and that’s just the way the cookie crumbles, ha… ha… ha).

Fresh warm gooey cookie, literally everything youd love in a cookie. i was skeptical at first because im usually not a fan of a chubby cookie, i dont mean to discriminate towards the thiccer cookies but some of them are dry. when i tell you this was the best chubby cookie ive ever had i dont take that lightly. it wasnt too sweet it had a perfect contrast of crunch to chew ratio. absolutely a delicious cookie. genuinely i would have liked a sugar cookie on the menu but thats just a personal preference. the service was great, i was offered a complimentary pumpkin spice cookie to try, im not a fan of pumpkin spice so i gave that to my mother who really enjoyed it. the location with warehouse situation was interesting, but they made it easy just call and they bring it right to you. it was my first time but based off everything, ill definitely be back! highly recommend the chocolate chip, its just an all around...

It all started as I am craving a cookie to munch on Labor Day Weekend of the year 2022 and thankfully it lead me to check out Chubby Cookies! I did a walk-in to see first hands what they offer and Thankfully, I did! As I entered their bakery, my eyes were into a treat seeing the variety of cookies they offer (and they are huge!).

I recommend getting the 5oz selection of cookies, not only it is almost the size of your own palm but how it was baked is amazingly done! From a crunchy outer layer to a soft, moist, packed, chewy inner layer. Once you started munching, you cannot stop finishing it (despite how huge the cookie is). My posted photos here are not enough to showcase how delicious these cookies are!
