Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Glendale

today 3/11/25.I have a very bad experience, I just live near by, a block away, ive been a costumer here often. ordinary my breakfast burito, i come to this place( 606 glenoaks branch) morning and evening often, The manager ( the guy)there is racist.. I came to order my usual burito, around 11 pm , when i was ordering, i first in line, to order. so one of the staff started to begin preparing my burito, and suddenly here come a second costumer just came in , probably the owners friend. the owner came out and told the staff ( do his order first). Im asian (thats why) the other guy was the same race with that owner of Yum yum at 606 glenoaks. had his order done first. i was very disappointed. coz i was hungry , the fact that im a regular costumer there, i feel being not respected. So for this incident, I will never go back to eat at any Yum yum branch.. The racist ( guy manager) should be replaced. This...

Dang, I love this place. It recently changed owners, and I was so happy with the previous staff. I didn't know how I was going to feel about the newbies. Turns out they are just as amazing. Place it kept clean. My order has been messed up, maybe a couple of times in 4 years. My order is custom. It's ham, or turkey, with tomato and NO cheese. The no cheese thing seems to be the confusing thing. This happens at fast food restaurants more than I'd like, so I get it. I'm not part of the cheese on everything population, lol.

I haven't had their coffee or drinks, so I don't know what thise taste like. It's a chain so I expect it to be of your expected quality. It's all about the staff and getting my order correct....

Be aware that they will tell you they only take cash and then when you order something they add money to it hoping you don't pay attention or are aware of the price of what you are ordering. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and the price is clearly on the menu if she added $5 and tried to charge me $5 extra. When I brought it to her attention she tried to make an excuse and after a while she just said oh I didn't say that price. We were all under the impression that was very obvious what she was doing.
