When I walked into the shop, there were two employees at the counter. There were no other customers in the shop and the employees weren't busy with anything besides standing behind the counter. Neither of them said anything to me which was odd because they just stood there and looked at me which made the atmosphere feel very weird and awkward. I greeted them to break the strange tension even though I feel like that isn't my job as the customer. They didn't even respond to me. I stood looking at the menu for maybe a minute while they stood there staring at me very impatiently. I asked for a few apple fritters and the woman quickly replied as if she was annoyed at me for asking such a stupid question. She said "We don't have those, we're out" and made it known that she was irritated by me. I said "Oh okay nevermind then, thank you!" in a friendly tone, despite not having received the same from them, to which neither of them replied. I don't leave reviews hardly ever and have never left a negative review before. I hate bashing customer service workers as I have worked in customer service for several years myself, and I know how challenging and frustrating it can be. However, I also know how easy it is to be friendly in general, let alone as a customer service worker, especially when you aren't slammed and the customer hasn't given you a hard time. Bummed about them being out of apple fritters for sure haha, but way more bummed about how rude and unfriendly...
Read moreThere are quite a number of really good donut places throughout the valley. Anything from normal to very unusual. This is more of a normal donut shop. The donuts are fresh and very good. The most unusual they had would be one with dark pink icing and fruity pebbles, and another powdered with peanut butter creme filling. I though that looked sort of gross, but since I love peanut butter, I tried it. Now I am sad I did not get more. It was actually very very good. I liked the donuts they had and how good they taste. What I would have personally liked up would be more of a selection. They had no raspberry creme, like another reviewer had, or any other flavors other than vanilla and chocolate creme. They had regular raspberry jelly filled. I know it might be picky, but if they can expand the selection of unusual, I would like that. More flavored cremes, or even if they could do something like a peach fritter, that would be nice. But all in all, good regular donuts. Not the unusual ones that people travel from other states to get, but if you are in the area, it is well worth trying....
Read moreBeen going here since my senior year of high school and always bought donuts to share with my friends when doing after school activities at copper. They were a huge hit then and they’re still a huge hit now. Better get there early as most of the good stuff is gone by 12 pm. Even though I gave less than a day’s notice, they were willing to make 12 dozen donuts for me to bring to students (you do have to pay in person for this and 50% deposit). I know the donuts are still amazing as they were when I first had them 4 years ago. The owners are really nice and always give freebies if...
