Federico's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Glendale

Stopped and spent $90.00 on our dinner, as we eat dinner every Tuesday. We received our order through the drive-through, and drove off. They charged us extra for chimichangas because chimichangas are not made with carne asada inside. Chimichangas if ordered off the menu, come with a different meat inside. By the time we got home, the two orders of chimichangas were not correct. Had to drive back so that they could make the order correct. The same lady that was there taking the order became rude and frustrated. She questioned the order and argued that the order was made correct. Luckily we took the order back and, and showed her. She had nothing else to say after she saw the order. We spend a lot of money there. Our daughters eat there every Thursday and spend 24.00 on their order. The rest of the family eats there on Tuesday for 90.00 (we’re six adults). Anyway, this place is under new ownership, and has gone downhill every since. We’ve been eating here for last 3 years, and have never had any problems. We will happily take our 456.00 a month somewhere else. I refuse to spend this amount of money monthly, to be...

This is the absolutely worst place you can ever go to specially at night. They have horrible service not only do they have that I have been a loyal customer for over five years. I have tried to you know give them the benefit of the doubt and I always try to go to them because I’m always right here. I’m across the street but this has not been the first incident and I just wanted to continue going to them and like them since I’ve been living on this side of town for over 10 years. But they honestly lost a loyal customer because I always recommend people because not all the time do they have horrible food but they really don’t care how much you pay. If it’s a big order they’re still going to give every single plate that you just bought and make sure everything is burnt. Or hard/cold I’m very disappointed because my household always goes to them all the time for last-minute meals and this is a prime example that they don’t care about their customers. Cause I had told them hey this is overcooked and completely hard and they argued instead of make it right when they can clearly see that it was burnt and hard ! And it was...
