Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Glendale

Need better communication. I ordered through the website, and it was received at 5:08. Just before 6, I tried calling the number included in the confirmation email twice and it rang a bunch, then went to a fax sound...I looked up the number online and it was the same. The tracker had disappeared, and I didn't see any other way to track the order or contact the store. I assumed since it's supposed to be "freaky fast" the order got canceled, so when my roommate needed a ride to work, I told him I'd take him. Sometime between then (around 6:08) and 6:56 (when my other roommate finally answered) is when it was delivered. If I was told in any form that my order was delayed and given a rough estimate of when it'd be here, it wouldn't have been a big deal (i was even nice when they forgot to include my kids sandwich in a past order). Instead, I didn't know it was outside in the heat for who knows how long. The sandwich seemed ok when I got home but the soda is watered down and I only took 1 drink of it. I understand places get busy but you should let a customer know you are running way behind and give them the choice to...

I haven’t ordered from Jimmy John’s in 4 years and I regret getting it today. Ordered it to be delivered and it took 45 mins to get to my home, I guess “freaky fast” isn’t a thing anymore. After getting my order, they left out a sandwich, when I called their only options were to make and deliver the sandwich they forgot + a cookie or give me credit for the sandwich they missed. I don’t plan on eating there again and at that point, only wanted a refund. The only resolution if I wanted a refund? For their GM to call me the following day. So frustrating and so disappointing that they can’t just credit you for 1 sandwich. Just asked them to remake the sandwich + cookie and redeliver since I just want to be done with them. Went to this location today after my appointment and ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, left with severe heartburn and a nasty taste, I only ate half the wrap and my stomach hurts it was way too much salt enough to send someone to the hospital, the cashier was very talkative and asked about me, I told him I opted for jimmy John’s for lower calories for an upcoming trip in Vegas and I was shocked the wrap was 900 calories, he then started saying he hasn’t been to Vegas in 20 years because it’s full of women in pasties, etc.. and it seemed like he was assuming I would be engaging in some activity.
