This place is trash! I have visited this location for the last time today. I have been living in the area for over 17 yrs and this spot use to be great! I would visit several time's a month back in the day. Not any more! I have come several times first thing when open thinking- ok, if I go early maybe the food would be cooked right , not at all-they can't seem to get it right at any time of the day. Today, Sep 21st at 9 am the rice was hard, chow main was dry, blazing chicken was mild (had to add sriracha sauce to get any spice). I've had the blazing hot chicken here before and it didn't need anything extra so I guess the cook didn't care today! Let's talk about the orange chicken, how on earth are you all eating this at this location? It's soggy even at 9 am it's not cooked fully at all and they over do it with the citrus, there's not enough sweet to balance the flavors out.
I choose to eat in the lobby today and I kindly tried to tell the young lady working the drive through about the rice, chow main, and blazing chicken. I thought maybe they would check both and replace so the next set of customers would get a better experience than I. Nope, she told me she would get someone to help but she did not do that. I waited and waited and waited all while watching her. She finally come over and said she could replace the blazing chicken with orange chicken (that's how I know the orange chicken was soggy once again).
I can't anymore, I 'm so tried of spending my hard earned money at a place doing the bare minimum. The staff here get's $18-19.50 an hour which is pretty good for fast food. The least they could do is represent the company in a better light. If I were the GM of this location I would do some serious evaluation on the staff here by doing more unexpected pop ups for evaluation. During these pop up's, I would test the food and if its not right after three unexpected pop up's I would let the cook go! Also, that fact the the staff did nothing about the food compliant and continued to serve it to other customers is appalling. There needs to be a manager on site at all times. This team lead stuff is not working at all, they are too young and don't get it at all! For example, when I told them about the food quality they just looked at me like dear in headlights and had no clue what to do. From the drive through lady to the cashier, they did not know how to make it better for the next group a people.
I did call the customer service line which I think is corporate. Spoke to a lady name Alejandra who seemed to have little to no care as well, her tone was very dry. Alejandra did say she was going to pass this along, so we'll see. I told her I hope so because I will not let this go. I'm going to tell everyone I can to stop going to this location it's not quality food. The location on 51st and Indian is a better choice but several miles away. I'm just going to pass on Panda altogether as there are much better food places to patronize than a company that has started to take their customer experience for granted!

I don't know what's going on with this one, however, but the staff has horrible attitudes and don't seem capable of behaving even with an average level of respect and politeness. About 2 weeks ago, I came through the drive-thru and was told to drive around and come back in 10 minutes because they were waiting on something. Okay... 10 minutes later, I was told the same thing only they were out of a different item. Yes, I was told to go through the drive-thru three times. What I refuse to do so, the staff told me to come in to get the items. Why coming in would make things happen at a different speed. I don't understand. Understand. At any rate, I am disabled and it's very difficult to carry things in and out because I have to walk with assistive devices. I subbed something else and finally got my order, but not without a side of eye rolling and heavy size. I told this whole story to Corporate and got a free coupon for a three item plate. I redeemed that coupon today, again in the Drive-Thru. When I arrived at the window to get my stuff, the staff were talking about the prior incident when I was told to go around and come back three times and "refused" to come inside to pick up items. When I showed them my canes and told them that's why I couldn't come inside, the one staff at the window started literally screaming at me "No one's talking about you." I doubt that's true, but if it is, then apparently they're in the habit of making people go around and come back through the drive-thru over and over. I've never had any other restaurant with a drive-thru do this and never any other Panda Express location in particular. Apparently, here, it's normal business to make people come back more than once to get their stuff. Either that, they were lying. In either case, staff were complaining about customers where other customers can hear them, which is always a No-No regardless of the circumstances. Just an amazing lack of professionalism and an overall inability to manage the drive-thru in any reasonable way. They seem to think it's acceptable to make customers jump through hoops over and over and put up with delays and rudeness and weird instructions. Here's hoping the franchise has a long talk with management here, because this location is going down the tubes fast. I don't go here that often and to meet the same rudeness and chaos and unprofessionalism more than once means that it's happening most of the time. Not okay. Not...
Read moreThis location used to be the best.. however my experiences there the other night were less than desirable.. We pull up and already see a line of cars in the drive through, no big deal let's eat inside! it was 9:30 and their dining area didn't close till 10:30 we had plenty of time to get pur food and sit down and enjoy, at least that's what we thought. It finally my turn to order yay! I tell the lady what I want and she tells me there is a 7 min wait for noodles, no big deal 7 min is not a deal breaker.. I reply no problem and proceed to wait.. and wait.. and wait.. noodles are put out.. sweet time to get my food and pay.. nope.. they decided to pack everyone's order after mine before ringing me out.. a bit frustrating but still not a huge deal... 10:00 rolls around and I still don't have my food and I'm right in front of the register ready to pay. the lady running the register had 0 idea what she was doing.. she opened all my food boxes and proceeded to hover her hand centimeters above my food that still was not correct.. she then put my order into the computer all wrong and proceeded to say "I think this is the right amount" I don't need you to guess if it's right.. it needs to be right.. I only ordered 4 things and there were like single charges and whatnot for my 3 plate meal... at this point I've already invested almost 40 min to get this food.. and when I got home it still wasn't correct.. the food was not hot, and the beef I ordered hardly had any of the sauce it's supposed to be cooked in... at the end of it the lady gave me 10% off which I feel was whatever.
