Why have delivery if nobody can order for pickup? I'm not going to pay a fee for GrubHub to deliver my food but I would love it if I can order it and pick it up myself instead of having to wait there if I'm at lunch and I'm in a time schedule I would love to get something there call ahead and pick it up. I would have loved it even more if I would have been made aware of this when I called instead of making me believe that she was going to make it. I called I told you I'll be there in a few minutes I had to stop and get Panda Express first Panda Express took more time than the website said but that happens most of the time but at least I got my food I stopped to pick up the coffee she was taking somebody else's order in her native language I don't know where they are from I'm not going to assume and I interrupted politely I didn't want to be rude but I was in a hurry I asked if she had made the coffees because I had called she said no so I left she could have told me that over the phone instead of making me waste my time there waiting.
My daughter likes their boba she's tried three flavors only dislike one I forgot which one it was she like the coffee and she like the Arizona sunrise I believe the atmosphere could use a little more live it feels a little bit dead but that's my opinion other than that if you like boba go and have it there when you have time not when you want it for lunch and you're on a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give ZERO stars, I would. Normally, I LOVE this place. However my last THREE experiences have been less than up to par. I usually order off the app and then come into the store to pick up my order. I've never had a problem receiving my points as you get a free drink after so many purchases. The last time I ordered and came in, I was told my points had been added to my account and my next drink would be free. That next time I came in, I asked for my free drink and ordered an extra drink and had no problem paying for it, not only was I told that I didn't have enough points to qualify for a free drink(which means whoever input my points last time did it incorrectly), I was told they wouldn't adjust my points because the employee helping me wasn't the employee who made the initial mistake... I swallowed my pride and paid for my drinks and was told I would be getting points for the two drinks I just purchased. This time I came in, I was now told that points don't work that way and I couldn't order a drink off the app and receive points for it, even though I WAS IN STORE to pick it up... this makes absolutely no sense to me. How are you advertising a free drink after so many purchases... then when it comes time to actually do it... it's not allowed? I won't be coming here again. And I am a daily, if not a twice a day customer. This is a horrible business practice, and false...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am rating the cashier that took my sister and I's order (young African American girl whose hair was in an Afro-I did not see a name tag). We came in about early evening probably a little after 5. We were not greeted upon walking in or while standing back and looking at the menu. It was fine, whatever. When we were ready to order, we walked up to the cashier...she still did not say anything. She seemed to be looking at something on the kiosk, so we waited...she did not say anything. After losing patience, I then ask her if we may place an order...she shakes her head annoyed, yes...still did not say anything... I was confused because not once did she say anything while we were standing there and seemed to have an attitude. I am not one to waste time writing a review over silly things but I thought this was such a rude encouter for no reason. We were kind and patient and she seemed to act like she did not want to take our order. She was acting like she was doing something when we walked in and because she did not speak we waited until we thought SHE was ready. So unprofessional. But the gentlemen that served our drinks was kind...
