Don't go to this location. There is a hustle going on here and I'll explain.
Nine times out of ten when I try to go to this store past 10pm, they say that their "System is down" and they are only doing Cash. You won't receive a Receipt with your order after handing cash. Because it isn't what they are ringing you up for which is why you won't get a receipt unless you request it. I got fed up and instead went to the other JnB up the street from here, their "System" wasn't down, strange. So strange. Even if their System was down, it wouldn't stop them from using their Printers and anyone who has worked a Fast Food job could tell you this. Systems are only down when Corporate processes the CC transactions at like 2 in the morning, or when there is actually an issue with the company that your CC reader is hooked up to. There is a reason you aren't getting a receipt for your Cash order and I'd bet money that their Nightly Inventory counts are never correct or are falsified to not be missing product. All of this is Because they are not ringing you up for what you are buying. Also No Receipt = No Complaints. You don't have a Receipt/Order Numbers to complain to their call center about. Which doesn't show the time and date that the order happens. So they can't narrow down who was on shift and it makes your complaint a low priority.
They are also hustling their drive-through timer. They tell the customers to pull forward off the window because they are TIMED on how quickly they need to get food out. Which is why you've got the Shift Manager walking out the front door at 12AM handing you food instead of having you wait while homeless meth heads linger around the building. Which violates their Lobby Security as well since its unlocked.
... and these folks once wanted $15 bucks an hour.
Other Things: Their shake machine is always down to be cleaned as early as 8:30pm. They can't get orders right, even if they ring you up at the window. Order a Sour Dough jack? Get handed a Jr. Bacon. Four $1.39 Tacos? I get a SINGLE TACO and JALAPENO POPPERS. On multiple occasions I've had to return to this location several times because I expect employees to Double Check their bags before they hand them to me. (My bad, I double check my own bags now.)
I strongly recommend you don't come to this location and I can't express it enough. Whoever owns this store or is the Store Manager needs to re-evaluate their employees. I don't want free product because your store is trash and quite frankly is smears your brand name to have a location like this. Read moreI just had the worst experience from this restaurant I ordered online. It said 7 to 9 minutes. This turned into a nightmare. I was in a very long line by the time they gave me my food which was four jumbo jacks and four tacos the food was cold. The tacos were soggy and cold. My total order was $18.71 so because of the wait I checked my tacos at the window and I told the cashier everything in this bag including the tacos are cold. The tacos are soggy. She said go and wait at the front very rudely . and She said if you want your money back, you have to request it online, which I found to not be true because I confirmed it with another Jack in the box so I went inside and I told the girl you know what, just make my order again and I’ll wait and she yelled at me. What do you want your order or your money! make up your mind! I was taking a long time in the restaurant so my fiancé who is a veteran came in and said what’s going on? I said they’re not working on my order I told them to work on it and then we waited like 15 minutes more So, again I said are you guys working on my order or are you gonna give me my money back??so I was waiting there for nothing neither was being done so then I started saying I want my money back. Give me my money back. Ma’am, give me my money back and Cashier started saying you want $18 you’re crying over $18 and then the girl cashier started saying it’s $18 I said I want my money or my food. The 7 to 9 minute order turned into over an hour and stress. I called the police to see if they can come and keep the peace and tell them to give me my money back Glendale police said it’s a civil Matter so I guess Jack in the Box can decide to keep your money and they can tell you your crying over $18!!!I got it on video manager if you want copy of the video I’ll be happy to give it to you. Read moreThis place has the worst customer service in their machines are forever down. This is the second time we've tried to go here in the last month. What I mean by tried we always get turned away because their machines are down. When going there tonight there was no cars in the Drive-Thru very weird but we look across and McDonald's line is wrapped around the corner sure enough we pulled up to order and the girl says there's a little bit of a way because we have several orders that were making so it'll be a little bit. Of course we were just ordering shakes and she says that no ice cream right now cuz they're not making ice cream. I said you're machine always seems to be down at night. She responded with yeah because we make all the ice cream in the day so there is usually no more at night. We drove away to McDonald's and there was a long line but soon did I realize that most of the cars left jack in the box line after waiting for 20 minutes in line at McDonald's, me and my boyfriend counted at least 15 cars pull up to jack in the box and drive away to the McDonald's line we were in. I can't imagine what they were telling them but all together from the time we were there at McDonald's and leaving, every car that pulled up at Jack and the box left and did not put in any orders. Maybe 30 minutes had past. How does this place make any money turning people away to another company? Makes no sense.
