If I could do a zero I would . The manager was so rude he made me cry because I was so imbarrased on how he spoke to me . I purchase $40 or more in pizza ever time I go ( twice a week ) . I had purchased pizza and I found a hair in one of the slices . Luckily it was the very 1st slice I had picked up so the pizza was still whole . I returned it to the store and he lectured me for 15 minutes about how the hair didnt come from them and that even if it did it would have melted into the cheese and I would have never known ( eww) . When turning in the pizza I handed him the receipt and he refused to return it to me . I really wanted the receipt , so that I could let the company know how my experience was and he took that away from me . Long story short I was shorted $16.00 worth of pizza . PLEASE DO...

I am an 8 month pregnant woman with breathing and health conditions. I was told I couldn't have the pizza I purchased online without wearing a mask. I was called childish, and he told the other workers to not help me until I complied. He took up more time with me not wearing a mask in the store then if he had just given me my pizza. When I did put the mask on, it wasn't to his standards he still refused to give me the pizza I had purchased. I won't be back. After the previous employees horribly messed up the order of pepperoni pizza by forgetting to put pepperoni, this young gentleman made it all right. Not that I was asking for anything more than to remake the pizza, but he gave went above & beyond. Thank you so much, Mr Joel D. I can now safely go back to trusting Pizza Patron. I was used to going to the one on North 36th St. They were okay. But then I thought I was doomed with this one. Nope. Joel assisted me in true customer service style. Have a great holiday.
