Nooooooo !!!!!! Ordered from Australia, fantastic service initially.... Nenette provided such wonderful and friendly customer service! However, sadly the actual cake was dry, too much cream, delivered in an open box, dusty with debris. It cost $92! We can buy a better cake for $10 in Australia! Please refund, do the right thing! The cake is in the bin! (Trash can). Irrespective, the staff were very lovely and tried their best. The Baker has let everyone down!!!

I can not believe you offer a $10 voucher to my friends in CA after you sent such a terrible cake and then proceeded to accuse them of eating it! For the love of God, you need to learn that's not ok to treat customers, international customers so poorly!!!! I'm sure you don't fail everytime BUT this is an EPIC FAIL!!!

Plus you put the sender's name on the cake not a card? Wake up! You guys stuffed up BIG TIME. A man owns his mistake, says sorry and does what is right by their fellow man!

Your competitors at Ossys serve beautiful organic cakes with first class presentation and incredible reviews. And they deliver in sealed boxes with premium hygiene! You can't deliver cakes in an open box especially during a pandemic!!!! You need to fix this mate. Thank you! REFUND!!!!!

Sooo NOT a French patisserie. Nothing tastes as good as it looks. Eclair has cardboard, flavorless choux pastry, offensive tasting and clumpy “custard” filling (vs silky smooth typical custard) and waxy, bad flavored chocolate. I sound mean but really truly - it’s bad.

I also got some cakes: the fruit flavors were very artificial, sponge cakes were much worse than box cake. Only thing I ate was the tiramisu which needed more chocolate and espresso. Too plain and cakey.

Half the place has European pastries, and the other half were Middle East cookies and pastries which may warrant of higher ratings-? but I didn’t try those. They didn’t look particularly good.

I did love the old-timer men sitting outside at the tables like in the any-Mediterranean village square back in the day… Takes me back :)

I ordered a birthday cake for 10 people and paid $55.00 on Thursday and we decided to pick it up on Saturday at 3:00 pm I got there at 5:00 pm to pick up but the cake wasn't ready, after back and forth conversation they offered me to pick other cake at the same price. I got the cake and jumped into my car to get the birthday party, when we cut the cake to serve, we realized the cake is not fresh and I would say at least few days backed, Called them next day and addressed my complied, we end up to return the cake which we cut only 1 slice, The owner (Edmond) is one of the most idiot people I have ever seen in my life. He didn't respect, and yelling in front of other customers that we intentionally made something to show the cake is not fresh. they didn't refund anything, I called my credit company and dispute the transaction.
