I recently stopped by Town Coffee and was pleasantly surprised by both their brew and brunch offerings.
The coffee struck the perfect balance between bold and smooth—a rich aroma that carried through to each sip. It’s evident that the beans are carefully selected and expertly roasted, making it a standout cup whether you’re a coffee aficionado or just in need of a caffeine fix.
Equally impressive was the avocado and egg sandwich. The avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy, providing a luxurious texture that paired beautifully with the runny egg nestled atop. The sandwich was served on well-toasted, artisanal bread that had just the right amount of crunch to complement the soft, savory ingredients inside. A light drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper elevated the flavors without overpowering them, making each bite satisfying and balanced.
The ambiance at Town Coffee adds to the overall charm. With its cozy seating, friendly staff, and a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere, it’s a great spot for a leisurely morning or an afternoon break. The attention to detail in both the drink and the food really sets this café apart from others in the area.
Overall, if you’re in the mood for a top-notch cup of coffee and a creative twist on a classic sandwich, Town Coffee is definitely worth a visit. It’s a delightful find for anyone who appreciates quality ingredients and a...
Read moreThe Uptown Coffee cafe provided a great start to my day. As of this review they are open at 6 am, which was a bonus since I am in town from the East Coast and was craving a cold brew coffee to start my day.
I originally planned to stop by, grab a coffee and then continue a brisk morning walk, but by the time I arrived and saw their breakfast menu, I decided to sample their breakfast quesadilla after learning they make their food fresh with quality ingredients.
The cafe offers a comfortable atmosphere with ample seating if you have the time to sit and enjoy your beverage or your bite. I also learned that they make their croissants fresh as well as their other pastries. If I wasn’t watching my carb intake, I would have gladly sampled some of these offerings and wish I had taken a pic to share (they looked great).
The quesadilla, by the way, was top notch. Full of flavor and just the right amount of food for breakfast…I probably could have split it with my wife had she been here, but I was content finishing it on my own!
I also enjoyed chatting it up with Gio (happy b-day again sir), and Armen and his wife.
I strongly encourage you to stop by and sample some of the goods Uptown Coffee has to offer and support this local shop.
I truly look forward to stopping by in my future...
Read moreGreat atmosphere and spot to work! I’m giving a three star due to the food though. I ordered a tuna sandwich hoping for a sandwich with plenty of protein as the picture showed it would have. Instead the tuna was scarce and actually hard to find. The sandwich size in regard to bread was good, but again, very little to no meat.
The worker asked how the sandwich was to which I responded, “Good, but has very little meat compared to the picture.” The worker was kind and responded, “We’ll work on that.” Which is great, but not great for that moment where I paid for two pieces of bread and a teaspoon of tuna. I ended up having to eat a meal bar to suffice my hunger. I will return to the shop for coffee, but I will not purchase...
