Greetings and Blessings to the owner, management, and most importantly the amazing employees who heroically stood by working hard,providing outstanding customer service during Pandemic up until present.Thanksgiving is a perfect time to extend our deepest gratitude to you all, for the highest quality of food and mouthwatering pastries, and especially most popular and most delicious 😋 bread that cannot be found in any store. You all deserve standing ovation for your commitment, loyalty for your kindness and courteous attitude for feeding our community with healthy and home made food. My heartfelt appreciation to the people who helped me for around 2 decades, and today is the right time to express my deepest and since gratitude to especially Emma, the manager, Kristine, Sona Lusne, Ruzana who always greet us all with sweet smile and provide the customers outstanding service. I am quite certain that their hard work shoud not go unnoticed. A huge "Thank You" goes to the chef and the team in the kitchen who cook soooooo much delicious food on a daily basis. I would walk 20 minutes here 3-4 times a week in the morning because I loved their fresh made meat piroshki. I would usually get that and an additional dessert pastry for later.

However, I went there last week and they had raised their prices on their piroshki by 50%! The main reason I would go all the way there was because it was quality product at a great price. I was really surprised they would hike their price that much out of nowhere. Paradise was part of my weekly routine but I likely won't be going there nearly as often now.

Their pastries are really tasty but the increase in price does take away from the value.

Update: down to 1 star. Used to be part of my daily but prices have only gone up. Plus their piroshki are now 250% the price of when I first got them. I went recently and asked for a box of MEAT piroshki and they snuck in POTATO piroshki for half of them. PRICES UP, SERVICE DOWN, and now even BAIT-and-SWITCH. It’s a real shame because they used to be my favorite bakery...

I Really feel bad to give one start to you guys because the pastries are amazing each week I’m buying between $40-$80 pastry from them but today the manager make me so mad so this one star it’s for her I give them hundred dollars and she checked the bill with pen she saw it’s ok bill and she still said she can take it, I told her why you check It’s ok she switch to Armenian language and throw the money in front of me and she said I can do whatever I want i don’t want I’m not taking and this conversation was very rude way. I don’t understand why old lady who can’t talk English or any education about costumer service it’s a maneger.I’m saying old lady because I ask her name she didn’t answer me but another worker said...
