I’ve been enjoying shawarma from this place for over four years now, and it just keeps getting better! Their shawarma remains unmatched, with juicy, flavorful meat and fresh ingredients. Each bite is packed with perfectly seasoned meat, crisp vegetables, and their signature sauce, all wrapped up in soft, warm pita bread—pure perfection every time.
What truly makes this food truck special is its exceptional customer service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their food. They make every customer feel valued, even during busy periods, and always greet you with a smile and thoughtful recommendations.
Even more impressive is how family-friendly they are. My kid is a big fan of Noname Shawarma, and every visit is a treat for him. The staff goes out of their way to make families feel at home, which adds an extra layer of warmth and connection.
Four years later, and Noname Shawarma remains a favorite for our whole family. Consistently fantastic food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere make this place a true gem!...
Read moreWhile we were waiting for the food to be cooked, we noticed that the chef was working without gloves !!!! At the same time, he wipes his nose with his hand, then wipes his hands with a dirty towel and wraps the shawarma !!! (I am not going to be surprised that he will sell our portion to other clients) The owner began to say that the cook was wearing gloves! But no. He took off the gloves once he finished working with the meat. But other food, like tomatoes, bread, salad, French fries, he touched without gloves. And it was nasty and also the cook made a gesture that was like: "What? Are you happy now?" Hah! Guys! don't ruin your reputation! and buy gloves for your workers! We will no longer come to you...
Read moreI gave Noname Shawarma anhonorable mention on an meticulously researched list of the best shawarma in LA and OC. You can read the full report, entitled "The Shawarma Report: My Favorite Shawarma in Los Angeles and Orange County" on the subreddit r/FoodLosAngeles. Here is what I said:
Armenian style. I enjoyed eating this the way I enjoy eating a really good fast-food hamburger: it had the “special” sauce, cabbage, pickles, onions, tomato. Compared to, say, Navat, it is less salty, and there is a pleasant acidic tang from the pickles. Recommended if you are in the area. They also have Arab-style sliced shawarma, but unfortunately they were out of thum the day I tried it. I’ll go back next time I am...
