Of all the times I've been to this place, these 2 Asian people that work there, have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ever. I went there to buy some cigarettes, and they turned me down just bcs my Identification Card is not a CALIFORNIA STATE ISSUED I.D. (mind you, I'm not from California, but I've been purchasing Cigarettes at that store without an I.D. for the 5 months that I've been here). I had to walk my butt back to my hotel to grab my I.D. just to end up being refused sale. So I went down the street to 7-Eleven. On my way back up, I stopped by once again to take a look at their wrappers for cannabis, and the box opened right when the Asian man put it in my hand, and he literally forced me to buy it, claiming I OPENED IT. I realized they raised the price but then the food is smaller. I bought a cream cheese croissant without cheese in it and when l told her that instead of getting apology because we pay and it is not free she told me we get our stuff from the company and we have no control of it. I said but you pay for it you can tell them to not cheat on us. She turn and said why are you always complaining. That was the last time l go there. Too bad the older sister is a sweetheart she should teach her sister customer service or send her...
