Just had the worst experience of my life as a customer. I came into an empty shop and find nobody except for an employee on his phone reclining in the customer seating area. I went up to the counter and waited for what felt like an eternity. The employee then got out of his seat and slumped over to the other side of the counter. He slowly put on his gloves not once breaking eye contact with his phone. I felt like I was in an episode of "Black Mirror" or "Punked". He then glanced over at me the customer as if I had inconvenienced him. That's when I had enough and left the store. I never got the employees name I just remember he was a black guy.
