Today at your Starbucks I had a very unpleasant experience. One of your employees was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I paid $20 for my drink, then I found small change and asked him to return the $20 and take the exact amount instead. The $20 bill was still in his hand, nothing had been processed yet on the register, but he still refused to return it.
What made it worse is that he didn’t listen to me at all. He cut me off, spoke very rudely, and immediately called the next customer while I was still standing there. He didn’t even give me the chance to finish my sentence — maybe I wanted to change my order or say something else, but he completely ignored me. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
In addition, another employee came and opened the window curtains without asking us first. We had lowered them for comfort, and only after the second time he explained a reason. Still, if the curtains are there, customers should be allowed to use them when they feel uncomfortable.
This whole situation made me feel very upset, and I don’t want to experience this kind of treatment again...

And when I ask for it to be made correctly they try to explain that the foam goes down, well if that’s the case I’d like my drink made to fill the cup, and then I am asked what additional ingredients I want. Look - I come to starbucks to have my drink made for me as selected because you’re a franchise (meaning your drinks are made the same everywhere unless substituted). I’m really unhappy with the staff here and the way they make drinks. When the employee finally gave me my drink, it was sweet and my receipt specified no sweetener. Just overall very incompetent staff....
Read moreThe manager of this Starbucks, Kathy is amazing... the longest line is served in 3-4’ ... fastest response Starbucks I have ever been to... and I travel internationally 3-4 times per year and have been to many many different Starbucks all over east Asia...the staff of this Starbucks are professional and very efficient ... Kathy always hires the best people and trains them nicely to be polite and efficient with their customers. The staff of this Starbucks have been there for a while and that is the indication of staff satisfaction with their work environment ...Kathy and her staff are great and I really enjoy the service every time I go there ... keep up...
