Taco Bell — Restaurant in Glendale

i go to the drive thru a little while ago, order food , give the girl a $100.00 bill because i had no change to give her. She tells me she doesn't have change, told her to cancel the order and she says hold on a minute let me talk to the manager. Manager shows up and grabs the 100 bill from my hand with disgust and disrespect. the girl comes back with change, than gives the food. i asked the girl that was unnecessary of her giving me attitude like that and she apologized about her manager. i asked for the manager's name and she tells me she is new here and it seems she was reluctant to give it to me. I will never be back to this location again. Really is a shame how she gives a customer an attitude. They should remember its us customers that put food on their table for the employees families. Nobody needs this in life. i should have just asked for my money back and go...

My all-time favorite Taco Bell location today. My order took a while to make, but that wasn't an issue for me as I was in no rush. I love the outside dining area with the shaded side (pictured above), but it can be a little annoying if it's windy. This location is located in a very neat part of Glendale, so you won't have to worry about bad people walking around. This was my 3rd or 4th time eating here, and I have never run into any issues outside. The best part is the view of the Verdugo Mountains. It gives off a very nice scenic image while enjoying your food. Like all Taco Bell's and because of inflation, the prices are a bit steep for their menu items. But for this location, I don't mind spending over $9 for 2 chicken Taquitos and a Cheesy...

Horrible customer service kid at register bad attitude was not comprehending any thing I was saying to him took me 4 time to get him my order right . Order the 5 dollar CRAVINGS BOX. So I was eating the burrito supreme, noticed it had no meat so I go and talk to the kids at the register he didn't know what I was saying got tired of it asked to see the manager on duty Jacky so then she started arguing with me that there was clearly there was not . So she grabbed my food with her dirty hands tried to show me the meat but it wasn't then she did not fix the problem and grab my food and proceeded to throw it in the trash. Most horrible experience there today. ...
