The WORST customer service ever. We went to this place on Sunday to see if we can order a cake for our Engagement party this Saturday and spoke with two ladies. They both said we should go again on Thursday with a picture of the cake we have in mind and place the order. It's Thursday now and we called them to place the order and the person who answered my phone said they don't take orders because it's Mother's day. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She also claims in a very rude way that the TWO ladies we spoke to on Sunday regarding this gave us wrong information!!!! I would NEVER Ever even pass...

I had bought a pineapple mousse from here and took it home to eat this afternoon to find that it was really stale and had a fermented, bad smell. When I cut it open I found green mold. I understand that this thing happens sometimes but when I called to calmly explain the issue to an employee I was hung up on. When I called back to explain the situation I wasn't even given an apology just a rude response asking to drive over an hour before closing...hopefully the quality and the customer service will improve in the future. The desserts were good, but the customer service was terrible. One of the workers put each of the sweets I chose into a plastic box just to dump them into a bag with heavy METAL CANS and GLASS COFFEE CONTAINERS. 😤 The sweets got all mixed up as she put them into the bag VERTICALLY and the heavier things worsened the situation by squishing the desserts further. They NEED to use their head while packing things!! Of course if you put the box in sideways, the sweets will fall down and mix into...
