I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the service and management at this Chick-fil-A location. Despite the brand’s esteemed mission to deliver exceptional service, my recent visit was nothing short of a failure on multiple fronts.
Firstly, the service was abysmal. Not only was the staff unhelpful, but they also failed to provide the basic support one would expect from an establishment renowned for its customer service. ANDREA, who was supposed to be the acting supervisor, was particularly ineffective. When I raised my concerns, she dismissed them outright, stating there was nothing she could do. It was evident she was either unaware of her responsibilities or simply indifferent to them.
Furthermore, my attempt to seek assistance from customer service was met with condescension. Instead of addressing my legitimate concerns, Michelle chose to lecture me, which only added to my frustration. It is appalling that representatives tasked with resolving issues would choose to patronize customers instead.
The overall experience left me feeling as though I was at a McDonald’s rather than Chick-fil-A. The lack of professionalism and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction was shocking and unacceptable.
This establishment has severely damaged my perception of Chick-fil-A, and I will certainly not be returning to this location. It is disappointing to see such a reputable brand being undermined by incompetent management and staff. I strongly urge a thorough review and overhaul of the service standards at this location to prevent further erosion of customer trust...
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A and our family regularly stops by this store for a quick bite on the way home. The food is good but a little overpriced as observed by some customers and I agree with that and I’m okay with the price.
The one star rating is for the service. We walked in, it wasn’t busy and ordered meals a coffee, the cashier said, it’ll take about 5 minutes for the coffee and I’m fine with that. Nothing came and after a while our food was delivered and I politely requested for my coffee. The server checked my receipt and promised he’ll make it right away. Guess what...he didn’t even make it near the coffee machine. I saw things unfold as I was seated facing the coffee machine. (Talk about the restaurant’s excellent customer service???) so he just kept doing other things. Basically no one bothered looking at my pending order and when we were done with our meal, no coffee was served. I requested for a supervisor and in a very polite way, I explained what happened and my displeasure over the quality (or lack) of service. She offered a refund or make a coffee to go but I declined them both because that would take longer and I wanted to go home and get a coffee some place else. If you look at my reviews, almost all are positives and I rarely write a negative one. I’m not after a refund nor a freebie but things like this had to be called and pointed out if a restaurant like this prides itself for its “excellent” customer service. Read moreSigh, I hate to complain. I normally love this place. I ordered through Door Dash today. I was waiting and I got a call from the restaurant. I kept saying "hello" but all I heard was talking/laughing/chaos in the background. I kept waiting, finally someone said "uh, is this uber eats or a customer?" I said "I'm a door dash customer waiting on my food." I was then told "I need you to call uber eats and tell them they need to re-process your order. Your driver doesnt speak english, and he's here now, but you order isn't here, so maybe it was taken by someone else... so call uber eats and ask them to re-add your order."
Sure - ever try to get phone support from uber eats or doordash? Not only that but, thats not my job. I'm at work. I ordered a late lunch. The store SHOULD have remade my order so I could get my food.
