A Local Gem for Coffee Enthusiasts!
I recently stumbled upon a hidden gem in Gleneagle named Drip Coffee House. This place is a haven for coffee aficionados and lovers of all things locally sourced.
What sets Drip Coffee House apart is their commitment to using locally roasted beans, creating a robust and rich flavor profile that is unparalleled. Every sip of their meticulously brewed coffee transports you to the heart of the community, where the passion for quality shines through.
Beyond the coffee, Drip Coffee House boasts an array of excellent locally made pastries and sandwiches.
The ambiance at Drip Coffee House is warm and inviting, with a cozy seating. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share their passion for both coffee and the local community. The barista talked to me about the complexity and flavor nuances of my selection.
What truly sets this coffee house apart is its unwavering dedication to supporting local producers. By exclusively using locally roasted beans and sourcing pastries from nearby bakeries, Drip Coffee House not only provides a top-tier experience for its patrons but also contributes to the vitality of our community and a non-chain unique experience.
In a world where chain coffee shops dominate, Drip Coffee House is a refreshing reminder of the beauty that comes from embracing local artisans and businesses. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone in search of an authentic, high-quality coffee experience.

Read moreI can't get enough of this place! It's so cozy and cute, and perfect location for those in Gleneagle or if your just passing by, a little but of I-25. Clay is always so friendly and welcomes everyone in and wish you a good day! You can feel the love he and all the employees put into this place, it's very human and genuine. The pastries are so delicious, specifically the Blueberry croissant, and I love the seasonal latte options. Get the Dreamsicle for a delicious summer iced coffee or the Blossom for a warm, floral latte on a cold day. Those are my favorites. It's a great spot to sit and read or do some work, for hours, because it's so cozy in here I don't realize the time passes so quickly. Also there's the cutest candle shop right next door so after coffee you can grab some nice candles to complete the cozy/productive morning. I really love Drip and visit about 3 times a week. I highly recommend stopping in or staying...
Read moreWe had heard excellent things about Drip, and decided to try it out. Wonderful experience. Clay, the owner helped us and knows his stuff. Clay told her they have two types: pumpkin pie for the sweet-tooths, and pumpkin spice for those who want just the spice and flavor. She took one sip and handed it to me (I’m the, “just coffee in my coffee” guy)… it actually was pretty good! Had a perfect huge croissant on the side, sourced by La Baguette and/or another French place. Very very good. Interior was small but comfortable, and it seemed there was a decent take-out going on as well. We definitely...
