Highly unsatisfied, my very first time here and Iāll never be back. I ordered online and once my boyfriend arrived they tell him they have no chicken salad sandwich, so what else would you like? So not only did they not have what I wanted, nothing was ready! I ordered online for a reason my number and email were on there so they could have contacted me before I arrived. Anyway I started listing things instead of what I ordered, they were out of everything. No pies, nothing pumpkin but the bread, you name it they didnāt have it. It would of been more productive to ask what do you have rather than tell her what I want as Iām reading their menu. So with that being said, ordering online didnāt make a difference because I was forced to choose a different meal. How can an establishment have you order online but be out of everything you ordered? Very inconvenient and wasted quite a bit of my time.

Later that evening, I open the box to find it cut into 12 unequal slices and super wonky because itās cut! Not exactly what you present for a birthday! It looked like they had just pulled one from the case where they sell individual pieces. I would have liked to decide myself how to cut it. Just getting it out of the box was a challenge because it was precarious with the 12 slices barely holding together.
I donāt understand why itās not at the very least an option to say to cut it or not. Never have I ever ordered a whole item only to see it in slices.
We had no choice but to go ahead with her birthday using a cheesecake that looked like something Iād bring to a potluck.
I called the location this morning and spoke with the manager. The response was that āthey always do that, and I can give special instructions to leave it whole.ā Well since that has never been my experience, why would I request it? Her other comments included, āIāve never bought a cheesecake that was uncut.ā I have to wonder where sheās getting them then because a whole cheesecake is usually, well, WHOLE when Iāve bought them in the past. I am an event planner for a veteran nonprofit and I had initially used the south location for 85 box lunches that I had ordered on line for an event. The day of the event the South location called me and said they could not for fill the order because their chef did not come in. I asked them to call the North location and then the employee at the South location call me back and said it could not happen. So with over 85 people I had to feed by 11:30 am was looking like I was gonna fail. Michelle Spilman, who is the general manager at this North location called me and said she is dropping everything that she is doing and making these 85 box lunches. She said she would not let me fail. I couldnāt believe this since I know her location was completely swamped, she didnāt want me to not have a bad experience. Michelle and her crew worked tirelessly to ensure that my order was for filled. They even delivered it to my event and every single order was correct. A huge thank you to Michelle and her crew, thank you so much as you just gained a customer to that location. I hope the management down at the South location learns a lesson in customer service!!
