I have been going to their Salon for years, I stuck with them at the very worst ( they didn’t have a stylist, not a single one for 3 months!). But during the last 6 months they have almost DOUBLED what I used to pay for a service. I was told that there was a price increase because of inflation, then it was the experience of my stylist, and also that they do not carry a product I normally get ( so the replacement cost more)! Love my stylist, but I’m done. They have no appreciation for customers. With all the price increases…is there better customer service….not a chance. I know they have had a revolving door of managers that come in and leave, but whoever is the current manager, is driving a lot of good paying clients out the door. UPDATE: SO DISAPPOINTED IN COURNEY, TYLER AND THE GENERAL MANAGER. I will be reporting this business to the BBB. THEY CALLED ONE HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TO TELL ME THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT DUE TO PAST NO SHOW (that never happened ) to tell me that they have decided I should find a new salon. It was so obvious that Courtney had just decided she wanted to take more time with the client she had. I had taken off the afternoon off from work, to make sure I was on time for my hair appointment. After talking to the general manager she informed me that the stylist can choose who they have as clients.    Read moreThe store itself is nice and well stocked but the tester items were kinda gross which is hard to then test makeup. The employees were helpful when I asked where specific items were and I needed quit a few things so my arms were full and I was still getting some stuff I had already spent about 30 minutes in the store when 6 which is closing time hit I was almost done shopping as it was an I knew they closed at 6 so I was trying to hurry, and an employee came up to me and goes um just so you know we are closed rudely which to me was super unprofessional. I clearly was about to drop some money in there as my arms were full of products. I would understand if I was dragging on but they had just shut the doors then came up to me hurry me out of the store. I get that your tired and want to go home but when people are giving a business there hard earned money specifically 150 bucks of it I don't see why pushing them out the door is good for business. Pretty disappointed with my experience here I'll go to the ulta in grand junction...
   Read moreif i could put 0 stars, i would. I asked for the stylist- valery to even out/ taper my bangs. I ended up leaving with 4 inches longer on one side than the other and on my left side ALL the hair in front of my hair visably cut signifantly shorter than the rest. I also asked for highlights. She did really good at the spacing, and was throughout, but i left with no face framing and a brassy undertone. Both things i had talked about in the consult.
I'm STILL waiting for management to call and give me a refund simply up to the amount it took another stylist to fix it. No chance was i going back to experience that again. Or shopping in the store at all for that matter.
Why didn't i mention anything while i was there you may ask? I say there for 7 hours. With not a single element i asked for delivered, wasn't wasting another...
