If it was possible to leave a zero star review I would. The worker was very incompetent, as I was trying to place my order he’d constantly be talking to other people. Then would proceed to having me repeat my order multiple times. I ordered a kids hot chocolate. I made it clear several times to please make it warm. I even asked if he was able to hear my order correctly, he then replied with a yes. I’ve ordered this drink before and it’s always been made at a warmer temperature since it’s intended for KIDS. My 3 year old took a big gulp, eyes instantly starting to water and unable to talk because of the pain. I then decide to see how hot this drink really is. With just a little sip I burned my tongue. I go back up to the counter telling the workers what happened and that I specifically asked for a kids warm hc. The teenager that was too busy talking while I was trying to put in my order was hiding in the background the whole time. The lack of professionalism and accountability is baffling to me. After my kids walked out, waitresses started talking behind their backs and judging little kids. I understand the mask scenario right now, but that is not an excuse to be rude.
