I cannot clearly convey how absolutely condescending what I’m assuming the manager is at this place. My husband bought me a cross necklace online for my birthday. We opened it to find the chain completely knotted up. I wasn’t going to test the chain by unknotting myself so I drove to Glenwood the same day (my birthday) to have it fixed. I told the gentleman that it was a birthday gift today from my husband. He had another employee unknot it.then asked me if I’d like to check out the discount jewelry. I walked right out the door to my car and went to put the necklace on and the chain breaks. I walked right back in. Instead of apologizing for the situation (his company’s product) he instead asks me if I want to look for something “higher quality.” What a slap in the face! Apparently you only matter to this gentleman if your pocketbook comes to play, although for many in the valley I would say that my necklace is a “bigger” purchase for our family. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. And upon telling several friends of the interaction they both knew exactly who I was talking about by how rude he was as they too had similar interactions with him. What a...
Read moreI love this Zales. I've been going to them for over a year now. I purchase a gorgeous Vera Wang engagement ring for my fiance. I was helped by Travis who is the manager at this store. He sat with me for at least 2 hours until I finally came to a decision. He was patient, kind, and genuinely cares for you to find the right ring. Travis knows what he he's talking about when it comes to jewelry, which is super helpful for a guy who feels way in over his head. He literally has the best customer service skills I have ever witnessed in my life. I have made a few purchases from him now. I've also dealt with a few of the other employees at this Zales. They have all been super helpful and really nice. I wouldn't go to any other jewelry store around. I would highly...
