Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

I've been twice in the last couple of weeks to watch football games. The first time the waitress was attentive and the food good, if not great. Typical sports bar fare.

The second was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. The waitress touched my table a total of three times. The first shortly after I arrived to get my drink order and bring it back. When I asked for a minute to decide what I wanted it took her about 10 minutes to eventually make it back. When she did finally come back she was pleasant and took my order and a couple of other minor requests I asked for. After that, my order took about 20 minutes to come out and she only came back to my table about 5 minutes after that. Again, she was pleasant and took care of things promptly while she was there.

Unfortunately, she never touched my table again. About 20 minutes later I had to wave down another passing waitress to get a drink refill (and that took almost 10 minutes in and of itself). I eventually put my wallet on the table to suggest that I was ready for my check. I saw her from afar several times but she never came by my table again; she either didn't notice me trying to get her attention or ignored me. I'd rather not attribute to malice what could be attributed to incompetence, but at that point I was frustrated enough not to give the benefit of the doubt.

About 45 minutes after I finished eating, I finally just went to the front and asked to check out since I didn't want to wait another twenty minutes in the futile hope that my waitress would deign to come by my table. While the manager was trying to identify which table I was at, either the waitress finally noticed me or one of the other waitresses told her that I was up front. The waitress took over and the manager backed off with a mouthed sorry from behind her before he retreated back into the kitchen. The waitress seemed a little embarrassed, but not overly apologetic.

I could have raised more of a fuss, but I was irritated and frustrated and decided not to bother to make a scene. Especially since the shift manager seemed to be completely spineless and obviously didn't stand up to the waitresses. Where I normal almost automatically give around a 20% tip she got a dollar.

I'm a fairly low-maintenance customer and as long as my drink gets refilled and I'm checked in with every once in a while I'm generally happy enough, particularly when watching a game. For me to get riled up at service means that it is horrendous, and this was, perhaps, the worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. If you are going here, cross your fingers that you get a waiter/waitress that is actually interested in doing their jobs, because management doesn't seem to be willing to step in if...

I ordered and paid online for a large order (5 dinners and desserts). Receipt indicated that food would be ready in 20 minutes, at 5:20 pm. I arrived at 5:21 pm and tried to check in for pick up with greeter. Greeter was actively ignoring and avoiding people walking in for either dine in or pick up. I found take out register and gave my name for pick up. The cashier went to check on my order. In the meantime, other outside delivery service people were arriving for pick ups. I never got an update in my order and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes. I checked in again about my order with another cashier and was told that she did not know. A large order was brought out but no name called. I asked if it was mine. I was told no. Then first cashier with whom I originally checked in came out from the back and handed me my order which was now 20 minutes late and when I got to my car, discovered was cold. There was no way I was going back inside to make right since more people had come in to pick up orders. Also, during my waiting time, the greeter could not have been any ruder to people coming through the entrance or to the servers who asked questions. Mind you, the restaurant was not crowded but she made everyone wait to count tables in an exasperated manner then yelled at them...

I had the worst experience today when i went to eat here in the cross keys in sicklerville,nj with my family let me start by sayin I will never go eat at this establishment ever again the food was horrible and cold they only had one cook and there was only three people in the restaurant and my food still came out cold my son didn't even eat he pretty much went home hungry because of the experience that we went through today the waitresses was very rude and was just overall unprofessional my food should never come out cold and have to wait almost an hour and a half to get our food and then we got a appetizer and pacifically told this lady that we want the appetizer to come out first and then our food what she did was bring the appetizer out cold with our food that was also cold and she said that she couldn't do nothing about it cuz they only had one cook this has to be the worst experience going out with my family that I ever had and I must say I love Buffalo Wild Wings but I will never go in one of those places ever again please somebody from corporate send somebody down there and reprimand somebody because this is unacceptable!!!!!!!
