Creanies Ice Cream — Restaurant in Winslow Township

I have to start by saying my complaint is not with the ice cream. It was how i was treated by an employee in the parking lot. I was behind her in the parking lot trying to make a right turn. She was making a left. I blew the horn thinking maybe she did not see that the traffic was stopped or on her phone. She starting putting up her middle finger screaming going around. Then she opened her truck door, hung out of it and started screaming go to another exit and saying a lot of not so nice things. Finally after holding me up for 8 minutes. She pulled away. I called the store to let them know the behavior of their employee and the assistant manager said , she is going through some things. Never did she say my apologies and i will speak with her when she returns. I only left the house to get ice cream, not to be totally disrespected. I think she should have stayed home today. With the way people are today that could have gone totally left. I was told she tried to call out and was not allowed too. Bad call on the Managers part. Not worth the chaos! No prices. No napkins. And they didn’t even give us what we paid for! Immediately I was annoyed by the lack of prices but I tried to be understanding. Then my 2 year old dripped and I realized the only way to get a napkin is to wait in the line. Then as we are packing up we realize they never even gave us the water bottle we ordered. So we walk up to an OPEN window and then a lady in line got mad because she perceived we cut her. This could have been solved by having a method to the lines instead of 3 windows that move at different speeds with no division between them. And not requiring people to wait in line for every little service. How petty that you have to wait in line again for a napkin. Why do you charge a 20 cent fee for using debit cards? I asked the girl why and she said “just because”. There is no “just because” law went into effect as of February 2018 that all forms of payment are to be accepted with NO FEES!! And sale cannot be denied no matter how small the transaction. I just spent almost $20 dollars and then want to add a 20 cent fee. I think it’s time to read the new law. Every single transaction with a 20 cent fee can really add up for you guys!!!
