This chipotle is the worst location ever Brian the manager is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever met in my life.
He has no hospitality skills at all. I don’t even know how he would’ve gotten hired.
I ordered a pick up order online with guac and every single time we order pick up. It’s always a small quantity of food rather than when we go into the store we always get a lot in the bowl.
The only reason why we ordered online in the first place is because they only have the chicken Al pastor
All of the toppings were great until we got to the guac there was no guac at all on my bowl mind you the only thing we pay $3 extra for and the only way I can eat it is if I get guac.
I never have a problem w the guac until today so I go in and I walk up to the pickup kid and show him my bowl he has nothing to say so he gets the manager and he says it’s a whole scoop of guac and there is nothing I can do when I’m showing him the bowl right to his face and it’s all sour cream he still had the nerve to say it was a full scoop WHEN THERE WAS BARELY ANYTHING IN THERE. He makes ever reason up to not give me more guac and to not fix the situation..
After I saw the way he was it wasn’t about the guac… it was about how rude he was…. Never again Brian you picked the wrong one
If I was asking for a whole new meal that’s one thing but for a scoop of guac like you have to be one miserable person..
The owner needs to do something with this location because that’s not the only thing I can point out there is a...
Read moreDisappointed as usual from this location. I ordered a bowl which was thrown together, literally, it was leaking by the time I was ready to walk out the door. I asked for a medium cup he slammed it and continued to be focused on the phone he was on I was like okay rude but whatever. Then there was an issue with the pos. I paid received a receipt and then was told by the gm my payment didnt go through. That was the start of the entire encounter. My friend paid mine and hers and then he said the remaining balance was my total after she already paid for it. He couldn’t communicate what was going on and on top of that extremely rude. Prying into my conversations about the issue, talking with his hands and rolling his eyes. The behavior was very immature to say the least. And then I asked for a refund at that point there was a payment issue and my bag was leaking bean juice. The gm said I had to email chipotle for a refund and continued to the next customer with no hesitation. Very short and I never heard of a CASH register not being able to process a refund. Not sure what he was upset about but being the lead of the store he could’ve kept his composure and handled the situation differently. Off of his behavior alone I’d rather take the longer drive to another location. Customer...
Read moreBeen to this Chipotle on numerous occasions at different numerous times on different numerous days. The line is NEVER managed properly. Today, what prompted my review was the additional 30 minutes spent waiting in the heat with numerous health conditions. Had Chipotle provides a more adequate time for me in regards to when my food was done, this would not have been an issue. Even pre-pandemic, the lines were always massive (out the door, guaranteed, every time) and the workers never let that fact deviate their current conversation. I suppose with COVID-19 and doors being shut, the cackling and irrelevant conversations behind said doors has only increased tremendously. Pure speculation. IMPORTANT TAKEAWAY: If you want Chipotle and if you want it in under an hour steer well and clear from this college town Chipotle location.
EDIT: After finally sitting down and unraveling my Chipotle, come to find out not only did they not include my “Fresh Tomato Salsa”, a key component to a list of dry ingredients but I was given steak rather than “Barbacoa”. The cherry on top, as a previous reviewer has already experienced, the cut of the steak would’ve made a pitbull choke. Would not recommend coming here under any...
