As someone from NYC, specifically Brooklyn, I can confidently say I’m incredibly picky about my pizza. I’ve tried countless places, and I can honestly say that this spot is the closest you’ll ever get to authentic New York-style pizza outside of the city!

Ordered from here for years. The service now is terrible. One time they sent the wrong order and did nothing to correct their error. We gave them another chance and they didn’t make anymore errors…until today. Today we ordered a pizza. Said 40 minutes. An hour and a half later we called to see where it was. They dismissed us saying it was on the way. 40 minutes later it still had not arrived. We called. They said they were really busy and someone should have told us it would take an hour not 40 minutes…but it still would have been an hour late. They finally looked into it and said they didn’t have our order on record. Again their problem and acted as if it was ours. Then they said they found the order but never made it. Not once did they apologize or offer a discount or anything to correct their mistake. They try to blame customers for their errors but really it’s just poorly managed and they have poor customer service. There are other pizza places around that are just as good/better that actually care about their customer interactions and...

I ordered 2x catering trays for relative and frieND who just lost family members. I did not personally taste the food, but the comments I received were overwhelming positive for this sweet place, Capri, that I found on Google.

I ordered a tray of stuff shells and a tray of sausage and peppers which also was accompanied by bread and salad. I know I was taking a chance, not knowing the place, but what a jackpot I hit!

Recipients said, "so much food" , " absolutely delicious", "fantastic", " where did you get this?" "Thank you, thank you "! Best of all, the food was delivered, which was great because I live in Philadelphia. Prices are reasonable and tomorrow I am ordering again for another set of catering for a friend.
