Dunkin' — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

Worst place ever. I was discriminated against and talked rudely to. First, I pulled up to look at the menu. I haven't eaten fast food in over 4 years, and I spent the past 3 years in the hospital, so this was my first experience eating fast food, and only my 1st week out of the house after this long hiatus. Anyway, I pull up and they ask to take my order. How would I order, when I literalyl just got there? They assume people just have the menu memorized. They kept repeating hello, hellpo, hello and it kept distracting me, so I had to keep staring at the menu. I literally only looked at the menu for 1 minute (no exaggeration) before some Indian lady came out barely speaking English telling me to come inside and look at the menu. After one minute?! Seriously? Rude. First of all, I CAN'T WALK. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR, AND IT WAS IN THE TRUNK. I CANNOT WALK INSIDE AS I NEED SOMEONE TO PUSH ME. Secondly, why would they assume I could walk? Secondly, I hadn't looked at the menu Then, this other guy came out and he barely spoke English too. I stated that i was looking at the menu and he said pull up , pull up. I said, "I barely got to look at the menu." The reason they were hurrying me is bc they said they couldn't hear me on the speaker. I didn't even order yet. All I had said was "one moment". They rushed me and because of it, it took longer than it would have. I didn't even order because I was so disgusted by their rudeness. I'll take my business elsewhere! It would haev literally been one minute of looking at the menu, but they kept saying hello hellp and coming outside to say they can't hear me. They were rude, too. Cocky and yelling. Nasty people they were. I already told my local friends to avoid this place and they said they would make sure to not go...

This has got to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I'm new to the area and this was the first time visiting this stuff in Donuts. Customer Service, quality and standards are lacking. First of all I pulled up to the microphone no one ever came to the microphone. I sat there about 4 minutes and I'm thinking maybe they're still helping someone about 5 minutes have gone by I decided to drive up to the window. The woman walked away as I got to the window. I saw she had a headset on so I blew the horn to get her attention to see if they closed for some reason. She finally comes to the window and just stands there staring at me and I explained to her no one ever said anything into the microphone she could care less she just looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights not saying anything so I proceeded to place my order lo and behold if she did not start taking an order from someone on the headset in the middle of me talking to her. I thought I was being pranked. As she's taking their order another man came to the window he appeared to be the manager but he was just as unprofessional. I asked for a particular donut they didn't have it so I asked for another selection they didn't have it the third time I was just like okay so what do you have and the guy looked very annoyed at the fact that I was asking what he has since every donut I requested they were out of. How is it that a donut shop is out of donuts? So I settled for a chocolate glazed which definitely would not have been my first choice. And to get home to discover that it was stale was a great disappointment and itself. I also ordered a iced coffee and it tastes like burnt coffee it was disgusting. They need to get it together. I probably will not be going back to this particular...

I ordered a medium mocha frozen coffee, the lady at the ordering screen couldn’t hear me kept asking me about tea and hot coffee, there was one car in front of me who ordered a iced coffee. It took us 15 minutes to leave. When I got the the window and it still took 10 minutes I asked for my money back and I would go somewhere else she wouldn’t give it back and still took another 8 minutes to give me my coffee and then when she finally gave it to me it was full of white cream no mocha except on the top, just poured on top of the coffee, and granulated sugar at the top. It was disgusting! This is the one thing I treat myself to throughout the week and I’m lucky if I get it done ONCE right. The employees don’t care if you waste $7 on a drink that you can’t drink. I’ve worked at dunkin before and it’s ice, 3 pumps of mocha, and 6 pumps of coffee syrup. And then you blend it. So why is it always disgusting and messed up?...
