McDonald's — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

WARNING DO NOT GO TO HERE!!! I was served a bad filet of fish sandwich it was chocolate brown, flat and dry, when I looked at the sandwich. I immediately pulled into an empty spot went in to the store to ask for either a refund or a new sandwich. The young lady at the counter told me her name when asked it was Taylor and she would the manager on duty VELESCEA TOOMER, she took my bad sandwich refused me a refund and never replaced my sandwich. VELESCEA TOOMER was very argumentative and said that because I bit my sandwich I could have a refund and she DID NOT have to replace my sandwich. VELESCEA TOOMER REFUSED to give my the General managers name she just told me she would be in tomorrow between 9-5. I called the next day on my lunch break asked to speak with the general manager the young lady on the phone stated her name was Taylor and she was the general manager I found this suspicious considering when went in to ask for a refund the associate that was at the counter her name was Taylor. I never had my money refunded or was even offered a new sandwich from the General Manager Taylor. THIS IS THEFT and VERY POOR UNEXCEPTABLE customer service. I will be escalate this matter to the BBB because when we to leave this review I see that other customers have had this same problem and it obvious that McDonalds Corporation does not care about their customers. I make it my business to tell everyone I know about how McDonalds has changed and they do not care about thileir customers only about STEALING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY....

DONT GO HERE!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES THAT WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY!!!!I placed an order of 2 McDoubles, medium fry, 10pc nugget, large sweet tea, and a blueberry pie. I purchased my order in drive thru with apple pay. When I got home I received a notification from apple pay saying I was charged 40.68 cents. While my order only came to 17.37. When I came back to the store with my food in tow, brought this to the attention of a Velesea toomer. What she tells me on her end was that theres no history of my order, nor can they see a record of my card number. Despite my having been there 16 minutes ago. My bank and my applepay both show proof that I was there. I was hopeful and patient that I would be helped, but it was clear they just wanted me out of the way, she took my food and didn’t replace it nor gave me my money back. Even when I came back the next day (by their suggestion) to speak to the general manager because I was told they could help. I spoke to a Taylor, who also took down my name and number and claimed I would be reached out to and helped. Its been 2 days today and I received no help. So I was forced to reach out to my bank. I am very disappointed and saddened by the lack of care and irresponsibility of these staff members towards the concern of its customers and I know this isnt the image that...

The night crew at this mc Donald’s !!!! WHEWWWWW !!!! This McDonald’s is a serious NONO . The workers speak to you however they’d like even the managers. Line is super backed up, and everyone’s waiting on the side for them to bring their food out. I went here just to get my children some ice cream and fries , and I asked for a receipt due to the fact that something did not seem or sound right . The girl told me “we don’t give out receipts” . “If you want your receipt get it from the next window than” and had a bad attitude. So I immediately asked her you don’t like your job, go elsewhere and we started going at it. So when I go to the next window they told me they were giving me my a refund and not my order bc there was language being used to offend a worker (terrible). And it took multiple workers to come back to the window to not even solve your issue. There’s no need to show any kind of emotion but HAPPINESS inside a work place . Because people do not trust you as it is , so kindness is always a plus . Definitely will be calling corporate on this location , I mean look at the reviews they look to familiar to the issue I had . Not to mention my husband placed a mobile order for ONE ITEM. And they told me I’d have to get out of line go all the way around or come inside . Truly , this mc Donald’s needs...
