Wawa — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

Where is the security at this Wawa?

My girlfriend went to get a few things there. While inside, a man came up to her and say "is that your Make Model car outside?". She said yes. He said I've got something to tell you about those, but you get your stuff first. After getting her stuff, he found her again, and proceeded to tell her that her car was a POS, and what to do if any of the warning lights came on.

More worrying, was that one of the staff called out to him "Hey, Name, are you being creepy again?".

Now, imagine if this was late at night, and a lone female was in the store, and he followed her out. Not cool. If there are known "creepy" people in there, call the Police and have them escorted off...

It's your average, run-of-the-mill "Super Wawa," so it has everything a Super Wawa has.

⭐️- This Wawa has a humongous parking lot, so large commercial vehicles and 18-wheelers can park close to the store, no problem.

⭐️- This Wawa also has TWO giant fuel pumping stations, with plenty of room to maneuver around them. Large trucks towing a trailer, or a boat can fit in there no problem.

⚫️- I find that the free air pump is never working, and when it is, the air pressure guage isn't working.

⚫️- Also, more often than at most other Wawas, there always seems to be someone posted up at the door begging for change.

✅️— All thins considered, this Wawa is a typical Wawa with just a couple minor...

Very busy bc of location but no concern or consideration for the customer. I understand it’s a Wawa but the total lack of professionalism is unbelievable; I’ve never even taken time to review a Wawa but my experience today was wayyyy below subpar!!! I was offended, not by the mistake, but by the way it was handled! 2 stars for service is for the employee who attempted to correct it, professionally, before the manager stepped in to completely ruin the situation, with her nonchalant attitude! The “manager” was the absolute worse, so I’m not sure if she’s underworked or underpaid and is frustrated or she’s just rude and incompetent. Either way, each customer’s money...
