Wendy's — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

Workers are so rude. Ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich (6/1 @ 1:43pm) that comes with lettuce and tomato. Got the sandwich with tomato but no lettuce and a gallon of sauce slapped on it. Went up to the counter to let them know that I didn’t get lettuce on my sandwich. The worker who made the sandwich said they didn’t have any of that lettuce only shredded lettuce or salad lettuce and when I asked to just have some of the shredded lettuce on the sandwich, she said no because they already lost $20 in lettuce this year. Then the manager tells me that they don’t have lettuce because there’s an E. coli outbreak and that they’re not allowed to put any shredded or salad lettuce on the sandwich. So in the end, I just asked for a new sandwich that wasn’t drenched in sauce. Mind you, I was never told when ordering that they were out of lettuce for sandwiches. I remained calm the entire time but the workers were so rude and unwillingly to accommodate as if I’m supposed to know they were...

I called this location to see if they could fulfill a large order for my organization. I needed to know how much time in advance was needed to place an order of my size. I called the location on 5/23 at 1:02 PM and asked to speak with the manager to arrange a pickup for over 50 meals. When the manager answered the phone, I started to introduce myself and explain the purpose of my call, but the manager immediately hung up on me.

I attempted to call back multiple times, thinking it was a mistake, but my calls were ignored. I then tried calling from another phone, and the person claiming to be the manager answered. When I asked for her name, she immediately hung up on me again.

I go every once in a while for my kids.. the food is good. They really don't mess up orders like McDonald's down the road, but, I was in there one day 2 weeks ago. My son and I used the bathroom before ordering. A female employee came out of the stall and skipped washing her hands. There's a sign in all food-serving establishments that says All Employees Must Wash Their Hands. Covid or not, I sure wouldn't want her serving my food. When I approached and saw her at the counter ready to take my order, I asked her if she was just in the bathroom (I knew it was her). She was hesitant when she said "um, no." I said, "Well I don't want dirty hands touching my food." Her lie upset me. She walked away and someone else took my order.
