Worst service ever at a McDonald's, I visited this McDonald's twice today and both times left without getting food. I'm running a fireworks stand down the street from this location so, I was taking a break to grab dinner for my crew at 5pm went through the drive thru pulled up to the speaker and sat for 5 minutes no welcome, no may I take your order, I got nothing after 5 minutes so I left and went to braums they were more than happy to help me and take my order. At the end of the day I decided to try it again since I sleep at the tent and I usually get taco bell. But they were closed receiving truck so it was 10:50 pm so I decided to give McDonald's another try I pulled up to the speaker again a different one since there was another car sitting in the first lane, and I sit for 5 minutes again and I noticed the car that was there before me wasn't moving either. So, I pull up to the window and ask for the manager, Jolene was her name and asked her if she was the same manager that was there at 5pm and she confirmed it, she was on duty at that time. So, I left once again without food. Mr. Lane this manager isn't fit to manage one of your restaurants, I would recommend a replacement. I want to McDonald's in Goddard for first time 3 years in Goddard or anywhere for the first time in probably three years, First thing is that walk in is a big pink sign on the front door talking to me about how much they want to improve this location and the manager's numbers and the district manager's phone number. Walk in, and i'm the only person in the dining room, Order a double quarter meal, Couldn't make change correctly. Because they didn't have any quarters, then I had to point out that they shorted me a dollar. Bring my food out and the French fries are old. Go to get ketchup at the drink stand and it exploded at me, was 2 diff colors with bubbles in it clrarly bad/spoiled...SMH! Needless to say, ask for a complete refund. While somebody from the drive through was getting their order fixed at the same time. Left 2 Messages with district manager, which I'm sure will not be re- turned because they never do return calls!So much for trying to improve,was just as bad 3 years ago ...Cant BELIEVE i even gave this place another chance:(Keep ur money its NOT worth...
Read moreThis store sneaks up charges on people. I just purchased food for me and four of my family members. They took my order at the window and on the screen, it said medium drinks. We get to the window and we are given five large drinks. Also had to request a drink tray, why don’t they just assume to give people drink trays?!? Where is the common sense. After we received our drinks, we were asked to pull around the front of the building to wait on our food. There were three cars waiting in stalls and one car parked infront of the pick up window. Not only was I asked to wait, but four other people were waiting for their food. I just think it’s ridiculous how poorly ran this Mcdonald’s is in Goddard. Once we were given our food, a young man with NO customer service experience gave us our food. I said “Thank you” and received no word back. I mean seriously, who is raising and teaching these kids how to interact with other people?!?
P.S If I have more than 1 drink ordered, then give me a drink tray!!!!! OBVIOUSLY I can’t hold more than two drinks if...
