Starbucks — Restaurant in Golden

I ordered a salted cold foam cold brew and a ham and swiss sandwich this morning. The lady who took my order was very kind. However the gentleman who made my order said he couldn't get the foam to foam so I saw him grab a salt packet and pour it into my drink. As soon as I tasted my drink it tasted HORRIBLE!! I unfortunately was on a time crunch and just had to throw away the coffee I had just paid $5+ for. My sandwich was so over cooked that the entire top bun was hard as a rock. I couldn't eat that either. So all in all I spent $10 and couldn't consume anything I paid for. I will not EVER be returning here!! I highly suggest going to the starbucks right down old golden rd..its a lot busier but for a good...

Great atmosphere, but Ewwww! One of the baristas, blonde hair pulled back in a bun, was coughing into her hand (not her shoulder or elbow) and was wiping her nose with her hands while preparing drinks. I saw her prepare many while I waited in line and waited for my drink without washing her hands once. She coughed multiple times and wiped her nose like that often! EWWWW! Thankfully, my drink was made by someone else or I would have refused it. The other barista/o seemed oblivious....

I dont visit the Starbucks very often but when I do I order my favorite through the drive through. It varies by visit on the speed of service as there are normally a few cars in the drive through with me. I have also noticed, since I always order the same drink. Sometimes it's made perfect!
