Hardee’s — Restaurant in Goldsboro

First and worse visit ever. Upon arriving there was a young woman in front of me waiting patiently for her order that came up to $16- 20. The General Manager David or Dave didn't even address her as if she was even there. When the cook peered throw the window he asked her what she was waiting for and it was the first time any of the 6 people on staff addressed her and her request. She asked for her food that she requested for take-out and they said they threw it out when no one came to claim it. She was stunned as so was I, and then she asked so are they going to redo the order. That's when the GM, finally addressed her and said yes. She requested her money back. When it was my turn again the GM is standing un front of me and doesn't greet me or anything. That's when the young lady in drive thru walks over and takes my order in between handling the people in the window. Another young lady that was just standing around (either waiting for a register so she could clock in or take my order became free) walked up and began my and my guest's order. We were so famished we stuck it out instead of leaving for another restaurant. Originally we were going to get a"Sweet Tea" but then we decided to treat my mom to a burger. We ordered our meal and then waited. For 3 burgers, an order of garlic cheese fries, trying them out for the first time, and two Teas, it seemed like 10- 20 minutes.

1. they didn't have ANY teas available so we settled for lemonade, which was watered down.
2. a couple that came in after us, got their food before we did.
3. we watched while these ladies played shuffle with our food.
4. after we asked how much longer, which we should have never had to do, they stated they were waiting for the fries.
5. watching what was taking so long, we noticed that the fries that we were waiting for was handed back to the person in the back, which could have been the manager, who was NOT wearing a hair net or a cap, she took them did something and then handed them back. Then we waited for the ladies to change the packaging, from one brown bag to another. Needless to say we decided NOT to eat the fries because they just looked horrid. My burger was a bit salty so that wasn't enjoyable. We will NEVER go back...

between 10:30 and 11 today i went to this location and ordered some food which we waited at least 10 minutes for and paid $30 for only 2 combo. The burgers didn’t have cheese on them and the woman who i assume is the manager that was working the drive thru speaker was very rude and had an attitude i don’t remember any of their names but it was a younger tall slim white woman working the window who gave us our food and the manager on drive thru was a short black woman that was very heavy set and when the girl on window asked the black woman about our order that she got wrong she started talking about the way i wanted my order with a demeaning tone and attitude she also lied to us stating that we could not order our meal with a different size fry and drink, i only ordered my food the way i did bc of the menu changing the fries that is sold here but it’s fine i’ll go somewhere else but you should consider hiring people that don’t just look at the job as a paycheck so that others don’t choose to do the same. If you really like hardee’s i suggest going to one not...
