Last night I had the worst fast food experience I've ever had at the Taco Bell at 1106 11th Street in Goldsboro, NC.
The drive thru worker would not speak loudly or clearly to be heard.
She was not paying attention, and I had to correct her many times.
I was told after I paid that the store was out of beans.
I was the only customer, but was told to pull around to wait.
The girl casually dropped my change, seemingly on purpose on the ground and did not apologize.
Waited quite a while, but had to move because I was blocking other cars.
Multiple employees were inside, but apparently not making my food.
đ Finally I knocked on the door, and someone came out to tell me they were out of potatoes also, and they had to make some. Out of beans AND potatoes?
Guy was rude and condescending.
THE FOOD WAS WRONG. Two bean burritos fresco were ordered because my friend is vegan, but they still had cheese.
The sauces we requested were not in the bag.
This is the first time I've ever complained about service, but this store was a complete...

I ordered a cravings pack and asked for simply beef and cheese only on the burritos as the receipt reflects. I got to my destination to see I had extra beans and extra sour cream. Realizing I wasted money on the burritos, I tried to call and get a manager to fix the issue. The phone rang for 8 minutes one time and 12 the next. Still no one has answered the phone. This was not a rushed short staffed crew. There were at least 8 workers behind the counter, noones but me in line and possibly 3 vehicles in the drive through. I'll try to reach a manager...

The cashier seemed disinterested and displayed unprofessional behavior by rolling his eyes during our order. When a misunderstanding occurred over a beverage, instead of handling it with courtesy, I was accused of stealing. I offered to rectify the situation, but the interaction only escalated from there. The cashierâs response lacked the basic customer service etiquette one would expect. It was an uncomfortable experience that led me to cancel my order and leave the establishment.
