UPDATE: 10-04-2023.
Just a quick bike ride, stopped for a poke bowl.
Price seem to have gone up, but where haven't now days.
Fast service and still good food. More rice than anything else, but can't be picky since I'll pay extra for more "protein" on top of @$15 for large bowl.
No change in rating.
Heard about this place from co-workers, decided to give them a try.
Never been the ones for "Poke bowl", since most all we ever saw were full of rice, with @95% of it and very little Poke.
Although they had few bad reviews online, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, since some reviewers have tendency to get too "picky" and post "nonsense".
I got a poke burrito with spicy tuna, Ahi tuna for protein, seaweed salad, spicy mayo and cucumber.
ONLY problem I had was the bad rolling job by the guy that made it, which left the seam open and made it difficult to eat without having the ingredients falling out.
Wife had Poke bowl with sushi rice, shrimp, Ahi tuna, spicy tuna, cucumber and adaname shoyu sauce.
She enjoyed it and complemented how good it was and NOT over filled with rice like most we saw elsewhere.
Although pricey with a bottle of diet coke, they came out to be @$32.
They were filling and delicious, worth the nearly $15 each.
FYI: We just got back from Hawaii, 1/2 Lbs of Poke was about $16 there.
4 starts for 2 reasons: no inside seating and poor open edge rolling of my burrito.
Don't pay no mind to those who "complain" about staff's "poor attitude".
They are of Asian descent, like myself and the way they sound are just the way I sound and they are NORMAL the way they are...cultural difference and misunderstanding, that's all, nothing personal.
We will be going...

My bill was a little more expensive than Expected for a basic poke bowl 🍜 & a bubble tea 🧋. When I inquired about individual prices it turned out the restaurant increased prices without updating their signage.
The clerk stated that they change the price four months ago. If they changed prices 4 months ago that means they had 4 months to remove the false advertisement.
I don’t care that the price changed 4 months ago when I wasn’t in Goldsboro. I care that the price changed from the moment I ordered my lunch 20 minutes ago and the moment I picked it up.
Instead of honoring their display price, as is lawful, they just decided throwing the food they prepared for me made better business sense. Even after I let them know I’d alert the better business bureau to their bait and switch practices. And even after I brought the problem to their attention, they still kept the inaccurate prices posted.
The clerk pointed to some invisible ink that proved the update, pointed to some in Invisible flyers that supposedly had been updated but didn’t exist. Then said the right prince was on a printer 🖨 paper posted at about 8ft on the door.
The sign at eye-level clearly states the pice for a basic poke bowl is $8.95. And perhaps you shouldn’t have two different prices posted. Anyway, I ended up going to Jay’s kitchen and paying about $20 more than I would’ve paid at Poké bowl. But that’s OK, it’s the principle of the matter. I don’t likes spending money at businesses with poor ethics. And poor...
Read moreI really don't want to write this review. Just left there, they have at least one cockroach crawling around on the walls by the rolled ice cream station. Their bowls and sushi burritos and rolled ice cream are delicious but I am not going to be returning to this establishment until the sanitation grade is a 100. When alerted to the cockroach the workers just stood around looking confused. One of them left the shop and said it wasn't his problem as he passed me.
Good food, but until that sanitation rating is a 100 (or higher) I will not be spending money here again. I wish my camera on my phone hadn't been disabled, I would have tried to get a...
