Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Goldsboro

We are truly disappointed and even more alarmed after our last and FINAL purchase from this Little Caesars. There have been times when items were forgotten or incorrect, which to me is not a huge problem because it gets busy and honest mistakes happen. However, there is simply no excusing our last experience, which currently has my son sick to his stomach. We were given several pizza/marinara sauces this time around, and we were impressed thinking they were making up for times when our sauce was missing (after purchasing extra). However, after we got everything home, we learned exactly why we were given extra sauces...THEY WERE SPOILED. I am so sad and disappointed in this situation, and I am more than concerned about my son and anyone else that received this sauce on 8/21/2023. One thing I will say is that it seems that those who work there are typically hardworking, and I haven't had a bad experience with the service overall, but I am guessing that they simply don't get paid enough to be cognizant of giving people spoiled sauce. Little Caesars has been our go-to place for pizza since moving to NC nearly 4 years ago, but no longer!...

The manager as a problem she was very rude.. we placed a big order and there was enough pizzas in the box up front. The guy at the register kept trying to give us our order and was continously fussed at saying that food was for drive thru only and that drive thru has priority over someone coming in to order... as this makes no sense because they advertise hot and ready and nothing is ever hot or ready in that store. But how un professional she was is what got me. Showing no care for us standing in there listening. We waited 30 minutes for a order that had been in the window 3 times.. and the last time I was there the guy in charge was throwing pans on the floor and cussing out staff it's ridiculous. So if I'm going to wait 30 minutes for pizza that's advertised to be hot and ready I'll just go somewhere that the pizza is actually worth waiting 30 minutes for. I only came there because it's supposed to be fast.. so I will take my 50 plus a week order somewhere else.. I hope yall get this corrected but from the reviews I saw...

Stopped by since there was a BOGO crazy bread promo, mostly positive experience- minus one mishap. I ordered; 1 Crazy Puffs + sauce 1 Crazy bread combo 1 Crazy Bread (the free one) 1 extra sauce to go with that The unfortunate thing is that we only ever received two crazy sauces. The third sauce was nowhere to be found. The nice woman brought me my order and said “let me go get two sauce cups,” and that’s when I should’ve noticed something amiss. It was clear on the order (total of 3 crazy sauces listed), however, it was my first time ever ordering Puffs and I assumed that sauce came in the box, and that the two retrieved from the kitchen were for the two crazy breads.

Overall; very friendly staff, I just wish that the third crazy sauce was accounted for, it was heartbreaking, devastating, my wife left me and took the dog- so that’s a $-1.20 L for me, GGs Little Caesars...
