Starbucks — Restaurant in Goleta

Without a doubt one of the WORST Starbucks anywhere. This morning I got a bagel and a cup of coffee (bold). I interacted with 4 oeople. Not one smiled or had any customer service inclination whatsoever. My bagel is literally the size of a muffin. Their reply "we don't make them here" & shrug. Same exact thing yesterday. Guess Starbucks doesn't make enough money, they have to cut back on the bagel size, right? My "bold" coffee is insipid, and there was no turbinado sugar or cocoa powder. Their reply; "Yeah, we've been out of a lot of things lately". Shrug. So for this mornings $4 I have about a half a barely warmed bagel, some watery unflavored coffee, and a whole lot of indifference. I never come here unless I'm stuck. I’ve never had a bad customer experience at Starbucks but Sally at the Goleta one broke that record

She gave me the worse attitude

I need Starbucks customer service to contact me I came to get a refund for a coffee that your store messed up I explained to Sally they messed up my order and I told her I paid 6 dollars for that coffee she offered to refund me $2 😂 condescending she goes “well that’s what you ordered “

I thought she was joking I asked to speak to a store manager and get college said she was the night supervisor. No way!😂

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It is in a convenient location for me but the service is awful. They do not make their drinks in order for when people made the order. You can be waiting 30 minutes for a coffee when the 10 people behind you have already received their drinks. The staff is unorganized and careless. They take forever to make the drinks and they're made incorrectly almost every single time I go. I understand that it gets busy in there but at least produce quality product and give them out in the order that people came in. Would rather drive out of my way...
