TERRIBLE!! I don’t usually write negative reviews, but our experience at Kyle’s Kitchen was frustrating enough that it deserves to be shared. We waited over an hour for our food, which is completely unacceptable—especially for a casual dining spot. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication from the front-of-house staff. At no point were we informed about the wait time or given any kind of update. If we had known the delay would be that long, we absolutely would’ve chosen to eat elsewhere instead of wasting our time. We weren’t the only ones dealing with this either—at least 10 other customers were visibly waiting around for their orders. Despite the clear issue, no apology was ever offered. It felt like the staff didn’t care, or just chose not to acknowledge the problem. Overall, the poor service and lack of basic customer communication made for a really disappointing visit. It’s not just about the delay—it’s about how they handled it, and they didn’t...

Meh. Burger was OK. No discernable menu when you walk in. You have to walk to the counter to grab a menu. I asked the cashier how large the burger Patties were; he said this big (showing the thickness with his index finger & thumb) Asked him how many ounces, he said "I don't know", laughed & just stood there. I asked if he could go ask someone. Out of 7 people standing behind the counter, no one knew. One gal grabbed a menu, looked it over for a minute, and finally said if you get two Patties, it's 1/2lb......but didn't know how much each patty was. I had the Klassic Kyle burger, and it was decent. I tried the Half & Half fries & onion straws. Fries were actually pretty good. Onion straws are VERY thin & quite greasy. If I come back, I may try the...

I'm just disappointed. I've never had an amazing meal at Kyle's, but usually they've been tasty, however last night was my last time eating at Kyle's Kitchen. The servers were good but looked exhausted and overworked, the tables and chairs and floors were sticky, which I've noticed other times I've been to Kyle's. The food was bland and tasteless. My burger had a garlic aoli that didn't taste like garlic or mayo, and they stuck half a head of lettuce on it, my onion straws had zero flavor, as if they breaded them with straight flour and that was it, no seasoning. The real kicker was the price of this meal, I could've bought groceries for three days and eaten far better food. What's the incentive to eat...

This was my granddaughter's choice for lunch. She got the cheeseburger kids meal and I got the Mountain Climber burger and the half and half. My (jalapeno) burger with extra sauce on the side was great. I was full at 1/2 but ate more because it was so good. The fries were excellent. I thought the onion strings were a little greasy but they were good. Some already come in the burger so I had plenty. We sat outside which was a little hard to navigate and there were few of us out there. The burger and fries sold me and I will return.

The only issue is price! The food is great and the business does so much good for the community. However, I've been coming to Kyle's for years, and the prices have crept up to the point that it isn't an affordable regular spot anymore. I recall the Pair It being around $11 a few years ago, so even with inflation the new price of $16.50 seems egregious. The food is still good (although I find staff are super hit or miss) and recommend Kyle's to friends, but it's harder to just stop in than it used to be.
