Panda Express — Restaurant in Goleta

Placed an online order of three 2-Entree Plates on 22nd Jan, 2025, picked up at the Goleta, CA store at 6:25PM. After picked up the food and drove home, I found that one of the plates was missing one entrée (Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. The original 2-entree order was Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and String Bean Chicken along with Chow Mein. I was looking at the Take Out box and thinking that I had two options: Drive back to the store (8 miles round trip) and ask for the missing entrée, or just forget about it and get less than what I paid for. Obviously, there is a defect in the operational procedure in handling online orders. I tried to feedback my online order experience to Panda Express, but the feedback survey on their website only accepts In-store orders with Store number and Order number. Since their online order does not show Store number and have a longer order number than the In-store order, it does not accept feedback from online...

I really enjoy the food at Panda Express but the portions are abitrary and inconsistent. This is irritating. A tall man orders the same thing as me and gets a much larger portion. What's up with that?? Another problem is that they are so focused on getting people through the line that they don't fully attend to the person in front of them. Be present fpr each customer. The next one will understand as they, in turn, receive the best in customer service. Please, Panda Express Goleta (and elsewhere, and other service organizations) don't be in a rush to attend to the next person. We will all feel slighted and no one is well served by this approach. Panda is in my Top 10 places to dine...its a no brainer for me if im hungry ..even more so when in a hurry but want a healthier meal but not "fast food" but i learned this evening that ALL THATS LEFT OVER FOOD GETS DUMPED/WASTED AT TGE END OF EVERY NIGHT .. And well... thats just terrible news there is ENDLESS ORGANIZATIONS THREW OUT OUR CITY AND IN ALL CITY'S that im sure would benefit from such delicious food for our people in need i myself donated as i do often today to the children w my change... i thing change is whats needed in that department...great staff and food ...lets just not waste what can be effortlessly enjoyed by those...
