The pizza here is great, but the customer service is seriously lacking on the part of management. I placed an order over the phone (it’s now all digital voice apparently no human answering) my order was for a large half pepperoni half cheese pizza. I had a coupon for a large 1-item pizza for $20.25, the order total was $25.56 before the coupon. I get to the register and they say the coupon isn’t working, the manager lady comes and tells me yeah it’s not accepting the coupon because you have half cheese and half pepperoni not all pepperoni. I asked so I am getting charged more for requesting less pepperoni and she said yes. However the coupon states 1-item, I only got 1-item on the pizza, pepperoni. I didn’t ask for extra cheese. I’m sure there was a way for her to edit the pizza in the computer to say pepperoni only to accept the coupon, but that didn’t happen. The male cashier apologized and gave me a couple of free containers for ranch which are normally like .65 cents each, but come on Rusty’s you can do better than this. Is $5 the end of the world? No, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth on the inability to make the customer happy on the fly. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, but actually less. Maybe it was an issue with the all digital ordering and not being able to talk to a...
Read moreIs it me or is the pizza better in the restaurant rather than delivered?!, Every time I have their pizza delivered: 1.) The taste of the pizza is not very good, and the temperature of the pizza is not at all as hot as you would like to think that it should be, but it is always just a warm pizza and never hot. 2.) Too much money for what should be high quality but actually getting a low-end bargain-bin quality of a pizza, packaged and rebranded as a great high-quality pizza, but it's not and they will never admit that anyone is right when we speak out about it so that they can fix it and start delivering better pizza, but no if you want that you gotta come to us at the restaurant for that, and you don't even get that when you're at their restaurant, and we pay like $45 for just one large pizza and a drink, you can go to Dominos, Pizza-Hut, or even Little Caesars and get better quality, tastier, and multiple pizzas for that $45 you wasted with the shyster-pizza from Rusty's pizza Yeah it sure is a Rusty pizza from Rusty's pizza and probably baked in a very rusty oven too. Don't waste your good money on some sort of obvious cash grab from lack luster pizza warmer's who can't even warm-up a pizza...
Read moreThis place is a joke. I placed a $250+ order over the phone, paid with card and gave all necessary info. When I showed up at the suggested time there was no separate "pick up" section. So I wait in line for 10 minutes as I see our food getting cold in the background. When I finally get to the counter, I'm told "There was no card taken over the phone, you need to pay for the order now." Ok.. I'll let that slide, whatever. They hand me my 6 pizzas and act as if that's it, be on your way. I let them know.. ok here's the pizza but I also ordered 8 salads with dressing, plates, utensils. The guy behind the counter starts to hand me bowls for the salad bar! I explain to him that these are "to go" salads and he starts to prepare 8 empty containers with lids. I ask him, am I meant to fill these at the salad bar? Jesus Christ.. these guys are straight R worded. Eventually I get my prepared salads from the fridge. At this point hungry people are waiting for food, so I don't check too closely for what's there and what's not. But in the end they forgot all dressing for the salads, so another huge fail for this establishment. Our company will no longer use Rustys for lunch functions, and I would suggest that you...
