Oh my gosh, so where do my wife and I begin! The first thing we noticed upon getting off the freeway and Goleta was that there was so many taco bells. My wife and I had driven there to drop off a nestling Robin who had fallen out of its nest in the Wildlife Care Center off of Fairview Boulevard. Kind of just to see what the hype was about we decided to stop at one of the Taco Bell's before hopping back on the 101 South. We ordered on the kiosk so it was very sanitary and user-friendly and then immediately went outside to the nice patio area to wait. I know this is a review for Taco Bell but I cannot emphasize enough how great their food contrasts in comparison to just a regular Taco Bell! Their bean burritos were actually stuff the size of a small Chipotle burrito with tons of beans onions red sauce they actually grilled the tortillas! I'm very impressed as well by my wife's taco. As if that wasn't enough when we got our order, the employees recognized that it was kind of inundated with customers, and before even asking us I had already sent in a ploy to the pack to obtain the key, and he asked us would you guys like extra coupons for a free Taco for having to wait so long we apologize. We obliged and the employee looked her straight in the face with sincere not and handed a several free Taco coupons in response to an only 5 minute wait. We were not only Blown Away by the customer service and friendliness, but also by the cleanliness in lieu of covid-19, and most importantly the quality of their food. This wasn't just a regular Taco Bell and I hope that we can get ours and our city to also cook and regulate their employees with the same respect. The only discrepancy I have was the small parking lot very cramped on the left side of the building. Be advised you pull in from the north side of the lot and exit at the South. many people...
Read moreThe hours aren’t correct. I showed up at 11:45 pm. The hours online say they close at 1 am. The store hours on the door say they close at 12 am. When I showed up, they had the doors locked. I said, “you guys are open right?” Because they had a window open. The woman said, “no, we’re not open. But you can order online and pick up at this window.” (Which would have been fine if I didn’t only have cash). I asked, “why does it say your lobby is open until 12 am on the door?” To which she replied, “I don’t know.” You REALLY don’t know?! How do you not know? If you guys don’t close at 12 am, why would you have the sign on the door that says otherwise? The hours need to be changed to the public because it was a huge inconvenience. The store itself is so cramped there’s no where to sit inside. The food is good but they always forget stuff. I ordered the taco rolls (4 pack) that are supposed to come with TWO dips and they only sent me 1. Stuff like that is frustrating. Go to the other Taco Bell on Fairview. Much better....
Read moreDriving thru enroute to SLO, stopped with wife who enjoys Taco Bell food. She ordered through the app which was very easy. We waited in our car to receive notification our order was ready. Staff was polite when we entered, place was very clean with condiments readily available if desired. Food was hot and portions were generous (unlike other taco bells stinginess). Staff thanked us for our order too. They even have a telephone number placed on your order should you have questions or concerns. They actually care about your customer experience. While the interior is small and only had seats for two people, we were fine eating in our car. All the food (soft ,& crunchy tacos, bean burritos, double beef cheese burritos, that we ordered were very good and quite filling. I would return. Building is the original taco bell building, old mission style, very cute. Grounds and parking...
