I stopped at a McDonald's sometimes back and it was late night, around midnight. Went through the drive-thru window. My window to my car would not roll down so I pulled up a bit farther and got out and the cashier's polite enough returned my debt card with the receipt as I was getting back into my car. I dropped my debt card. I got all the way home, as I was getting my self ready for the next day. I noticed my debit card missing. So needless to say I searched house and car for an hour and half. Then I call the McDonald's spoke with the manager on duty and ask if they had a debt card turned in , she told no they have not. So I looked another hour. Nothing. So when I called back I ask to speak with the cashier that was on duty. She was very polite and I ask her if she could check out side at the window. And to check with the other employees to see if they might have picked it up. She took my name and info and said she would call me if they find it. Well with n a few minutes she returned my call and had fond my card. If she did not care. It would have been a long month before I would have had any money if she didn't go outside herself and find the card. Because I have just gotten paid that day and had a 1000$ on it. Read moreNewly renovated and very nice interior space. When going inside, you have the option of ordering with a cashier or using the touch screen to place your order yourself. Going through drive through, there are two lanes which makes it go much quicker. They usually will always repeat your order to you when you get to the 1st window to pay, to make sure they have the correct order for customer, and it’s usually correct. Anytime I’ve had them call out someone else’s order to me it was because of a customer- leaving the line after ordering or merging into the one lane ahead of the person that ordered before them in the other drive through line- so technically not Mcds fault for mixing orders up. Their food is usually hot and taste good. Most of the employees are quiet friendly. I’ve definitely had more good rather than bad experience with this location. My only big complaint, and reason for lost star, is the night staff! Ordering & receiving your food, even with minimal cars in drive through, can take up to 30 minutes- with a room full of employees on the inside. I think they just tend to screw off more at night. It’s a big no go for me though. If I wanted to wait that long for my food I would have ordered Outback or from some other actual restaurant! Read moreI made a mobile order and when pulling up I noticed that the line was a bit long so I made it a curbside order. I expected to wait a bit seeing as it was about 12 o’clock on a sunday. What I didn’t expect was to wait an hour for my food. I waited in the curbside apot for about 20 minutes and when my food never came out I decided to just go into the drive through. I explained the situation and they asked me to pull up and they would bring my food out. I waited another 30 minutes for my food before I went inside and asked for it again. I wasn’t never angry or upset because I work in fast food too and understand that orders are sometimes lost but when I went inside to ask for my food for a third time they said they made it already. I showed them my receipt and said that I never got my food and finally they agreed to remake it. I asked if I could have a refund and they said it wasn’t possible because the manager was busy.
