I came for breakfast at 7:23 and I was told to give them another 30 min because the eggs weren't ready. Why does it take 30 minutes for eggs? Smh So then I asked for Cinnabon balls since I could not get breakfast. She took my order and asked me to back up behind the yellow polls and drive back up to the window. I complied. I recieved my cinnabon balls cold in the middle so I gave them back so they could be cooked longer. They redropped them. Then I told her I'll wait until breakfast. She then told me they don't take orders at the window. I asked how is that? You just charged me for cinnabons at the window and I was going to do my survey until they were ready to serve breakfast. She left Then she came back to the window and asked what I wanted . I didn't like her attitude so I started recording her. I asked her, what Do you mean? Do you mean, what I want to order? We are staying at the days in right next door, so Taco Bell is a convenient place to get food. Since we started staying here a few weeks ago, we have ordered from Taco Bell about 6 times. 3 of those times, we ordered in the restaurant and the burritos were extremely small. Two of those times, We ordered online. Thewebsite says to not order when you're ready to pick it up because they make it quickly, but one of the times we ordered online they said no had not recieved our order so we had to go back to the motel and take a picture of the online reciept, then take it back and show them. The second time we ordered online, we had waited about 10 minutes, and then went in to pick up the order, but the employees were standing around talking. When we gave them the name, they said they hadn't started making it - when they did start, it only took them about 4 minutes. Read moreYou go in and there’s nobody there to take your order, you have to put it in yourself at the kiosk. I spent extra substituting beef for steak on two of my burritos, because the beef always makes me sick. I noticed while eating the first burrito that they did not substitute my beef for steak, but I was still charged for it. So I paid $14 for two burritos that I can’t even eat. When I tried to call to see if going back up, there would even be worth it. Nobody answered the phone.
I’ll be back up there tomorrow with pictures in hopes that I can get a refund, I also asked for a receipt through my phone number on the kiosk and still haven’t received that so I don’t know if there’s even anything that can be done.
