I decided to get some food delivered to my job... Most of the time I'm at the restaurant ordering, therefore I am able to catch mistakes with my order, however delivering the food was the complete opposite.
I decided to order a chicken tender meal and also a COBB salad with a cup of water. However I was missing my ENTIRE salad, sauces AND WATER !!!!
The driver was in such a hurry that by the time I checked the bag she was gone. I was so disappointed that I had to wait 25 more minutes for her to turn around, when I was told she was "down the road". Because I had no sauces OR WATER, I refused to eat my food dry! I had to wait until the lady arrived 25 min later to be able to eat it... I was told that I couldn't get a refund because the sauces hold "no value". Meanwhile, I used to work at Chick-Fil-A and the sauces definitely hold value, especially when you want to get more than the limit per order. This was very disappointing. I have found that this CFA prioritizes time over accuracy and it's very...
Read moreI just went to this Chick-fil-A today. I was really impressed with the amount of people working. However, I picked up food for my sister and when I got home her order was wrong. I called to get a refund because I didn’t want her to have to pay me for a meal that she didn’t want. But Chick-fil-A would not give me a refund, instead they wanted to send me a merchandise credit in the mail. This is super annoying when you buy someone else’s food and then they don’t pay you back because they didn’t get what they wanted. And now I’m stuck with waiting for the mail for a gift card that I don’t want and having paid out-of-pocket for my sister’s meal. This is hard for me especially since I support two kids on a student budget. I’ve always been super impressed with Chick-fil-A’s customer service. I was disappointed with how they handled this situation. I will not be returning to...

We went in for a quick lunch on Memorial Day 2019 and after sitting down, I noticed that Chick fil a took the EXTRA step and set a table for the ones that never made it back, Missing Man Table ( go look it up). I’ll admit I was a bit choked up seeing that and trying to eat my chicken. But as a vet myself, that hits home. Even better was watching as patrons stopped and read the message on the table and hopefully helped people remember that Memorial Day is not about the cook outs, pool parties or discount shopping sprees but for what that table stands for... the Veterans that never made it back home.
Awesome job...
