Hi, I'm still so full I can't breathe! lol The service was impeccable thanks to "Vegas" aka Arturo V. He was amazing. He was what we say, "ON IT!" We haven't been able to go out to eat much lately and when we do..Outback is where we go. My husband wants to make sure I let you know that Vegas was on top of his duties as a server. I have much respect for someone with multiple tables and able to be at our table for when the appetizer came out, when the salads came out to make sure all was good and if anything was needed and best for last the entrees and that we were satisfied with the steaks ordered. He also put in our "to go" order at the perfect time to be out and it was brought to the table as we were wrapping up our meal. My husband also ordered a Wallabee Darned frozen drink that was amazing! Props to the bar, as well and to the kitchen staff for our tasty appetizers "Coconut Shrimp", Salads, Steaks, Veggies & of course the Outback Bread! Vegas (Arturo) was pleasant, attentive and handled everything like a veteran...and found out he also served in the Marines when chatting for a moment when he thanked us, but we wanted to thank him and let him know to we appreciated him as a server and will be back. I have seen a few negative feedback on here when I got on to leave a message. Don't let negative comments on reviews affect the people that are serving if it is an issue from the kitchen. I see blame on these servers and they shouldn't take the fall for someone else even if they are the face these customers see. They have to deal with a lot. I have never been a server for a reason because I know I couldn't do it. It takes special people to handle the variety of people we have today. You cannot satisfy everyone all the time no matter how hard you try or how great you are. When we have wonderful service and when we can...we make sure they know it with a great tip and compliments to keep up the great service because more people will appreciate them and continue to come back and see them and give them what they can, as well. Hope what we tipped showed tonight! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Thanks - Angel & Leon Norsworthy - Table 6-@...
Read moreWe visited this Outback months ago and had a very tough sirloin and decided we would not return.
After receiving a gift card for Christmas of $30 we figured we’d give Outback another chance. Overall the service was great until we went to pay. When we went to use our $30 gift card, no one could figure out how to apply the $30. So we paid our bill of $117 cash. When we called a manager over it was like he could care less. As far as the food.... My daughter had the sirloin and it was cooked perfect, my son had the ribs and he said they were delicious, my husband and I decided to split a pasta dish that looked amazing on the special menu (it was a shrimp and steak Alfredo) when it came out, the steak, shrimp and noodles were super dry and nothing like the picture. (The waitress did offer to bring Alfredo sauce but even after putting that on, I didn’t eat any because it truly wasn’t worth the calories). We also added a salad where we asked for our dressing on the side, when the waitress brought it out she said “so sorry, I asked for it in the side but it came this way” ... it was drenched with dressing.. She didn’t even offer to bring it back. I don’t eat dressing so I didn’t eat that either. Good thing my daughter was willing to split her steak and the wine was good or I’d be starving. I don’t normally complain but after no consideration when I asked to speak to a manager, it is bothersome. Not to mention when your bill and tip is $140 you...
Read moreDisappointing Experience at Outback Steakhouse
My recent visit to Outback Steakhouse left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took an excruciatingly long 45 minutes to receive just two orders of chicken and shrimp pasta. When the dishes finally arrived, the pasta was ice cold, completely ruining our meal.
To add insult to injury, our drinks were nowhere to be seen until we reminded the server after waiting for a staggering 25 minutes. Furthermore, we had to repeatedly ask the staff to bring bread to our table, a basic courtesy that should not require multiple reminders.
Throughout our ordeal, we observed multiple families come in, eat, and leave before we even received our food. This speaks volumes about the inefficiency of the management team and the overall disorganization of this establishment.
From the sluggish service to the subpar quality of the food, Outback Steakhouse failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
After enduring an astonishing hour and 45 minutes of waiting, my wife and I had finally reached our limit and made the decision to leave. It was abundantly clear that our time and patronage were not valued at all by the staff or management of Outback Steakhouse. This experience was not only frustrating but also incredibly disappointing. We left feeling disheartened and utterly unsatisfied, with no intention of ever returning to this poorly managed...
