THE WORST STAY AWAY!!!

9-21-22 Gonzales,LA 10:56pm The lady made me pull through the drive thru twice because I had two orders and needed to pay with 2 cards. She stated she could not take the order for the additional burger at the same time and that I would have to drive thru again. Odd but, ok...

I pulled back around and place the second transaction, she proceeds to hand me a bag I asked her if all the food is inside she says yes. It was two separate orders and I needed them into bags cuz they were going to two separate locations but again okay... Good thing I checked cuz it was only the last order for one Burger... I advise her and ask for my second order, after a bit of confusion she produces my second order.

I asked for ranch and buffalo but she tells me she cannot give me any of that as I don't have any items to require dipping, (I ordered fries)... My advisor that I would like some ranch and buffalo not only for my fries to dip in but also for the burgers as we like to dip them in ranch and buffalo as well. She states that she can't do it especially since I don't have anything to dip. I remind her that fries are literally an item you dip. I also mentioned the fact that I have two separate orders going to two separate locations and she has already made me drive through the drive-thru twice for and can she please give me some ranch and buffalo. She tells me as I don't have any typical items on my one order she cannot do it, I proceed to remind her that not only do I have two orders which I've driven through twice for I also have a total of four burgers and large fry. She vehemently states that no no no she cannot give me any...

...Cue slamming the window in my face and locking it...

I wasn't going to sit there and argue with this lady (not sure what she's going through) so I left very disappointed and Disturbed.

Not sure what her issue was but this has got to be the worst food service experience I've ever had. Fresh off of a flight and looking for some food... Welcome to Gonzales Louisiana 😟

First time in Louisiana and I hope that this is not an indicator for the rest of the trip. I like Burger King and this one is right next to my hotel, it really sucks that I will not be patronizing it anymore...

OnApril 21, 2022, I visited my local Burger King restaurant on Hwy 30 Gonzales, La. Placed my order specifically told the lady at the window I had a coupon for a whopper, add cheese, separated, fries, and coke, hot off the broiler, and not to microwave my burger. Checked my order before leaving the window, and the whopper, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles bread and the wrapper had been microwave. I attempted to go inside but door was locked, so I went around to the drive through window again to let her know that my order wasn’t made as I’d ordered. Before I could say anything the RUDE person cut me off and said there’s nothing wrong with your order. I told her I asked not to hv it microwave. I’ll refund your money, and leave. I asked to speak to the manager, said she was the manager, told me to leave, and she did the most disrespectful and disgusting thing she flicked the bird at me, and again said leave. I called the police because I didn’t do anything wrong, another male employee came up to the window and told me to leave, he wanted to start an argument with me, the radio dispatcher heard the conversation, asked me to not to say anything to them but move on the other side of the parking lot til the policeman come to take my report. I call main office to file a complaint against Burger King she told the office that I curse her, dats a lie, the dispatcher could verify I didn’t curse her. She needs to be fired, she’s unprofessional, to be working at a chain like BK. Needs remedial training. I’ll never...

I wish I knew the name of this rude chick, I would call corporate on her so fast. Has a nasty attitude and claimed they closed at 1am but it clearly stated they close at 2am on the web. If they were closed why her nor the rest of the crew that were present said anything at the speaker. Myself and other cars were sitting there, not only that but get to the window and pretended like I was sitting there. She finally came but clearly had an attitude rolling her eyes and shaking her head coming to the window. I could see if they told any of us that they were closed but they said NOTHING. Cut me off when I asked if they were closed and shut/locked the window…..PURE IGNORANCE!!!The way she looks she would not want to have a nasty attitude, it makes her look worse than she already does. I’m not mean person but ignorance is something I cannot stand. If you don’t like your job find a new one because it’s beyond uncalled for and sad. This is probably why they are closing so many burger kings down now smh. YALL BETTER START READING THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE I’M TELLING YOU IT’LL SAVE YOU ALOT...
