I had an extremely disappointing experience. As soon as I walked into the store, I was completely ignored by the staff, which left me feeling invisible and unwelcome. Despite spending a significant amount of time browsing the products, not a single salesperson approached me or offered any assistance. It was as if they didn't care about making a sale or helping potential customers. I even tried getting their attention by standing near a group of employees discussing something, but they continued to disregard my presence.Maybe they were too preoccupied with other customers, but that doesn't excuse their complete neglect of someone eager to make a purchase. It's disappointing that I had to leave the store empty-handed, all because the staff didn't bother to acknowledge my existence. We walked into the Gonzales location at 6:30 Saturday evening and no one greeted us. There were salespeople on the floor and upon walking in, we looked around and one of the sales women came up to us and told they were closing in 5 minutes. We told the lady we thought it was 7 since thatâs the time advertised online. We then began to tell the lady we visited Covington and wanted to order a certain couch which we showed her a photo of.    Read moreI am posting for my grandparents who tried to buy an adjustable bed. They paid ahead of time with a check and the bed didn't ship. In the meantime, they remembered that American Factory Direct contracts out for repairs to their furniture and my grandparents had previously had a bad experience. They decided to cancel their order. That was over three weeks ago and they still have not received their refund. They were also told they'd be charged 25 percent of their refund for a restocking fee despite their bed never shipping. I see this company has 5 star reviews so I am hoping this review will help alert this company's management or owner and they will make this right for my grandparents.
