True story plz read till the end because what I need to tell you is a PSA! About 3 hrs ago (8pm)OCTOBER 17TH 2022 I took my boys to get McDonald's (AS WELL AS ADULT HAPPY MEALS FOR THE BIG KIDS IN THE FAM) which prompted this whole nightmare. First of all NOT every location sells Adult Happymeals! THANKS FOR TELLING ME AFTERWARDS BECAUSE I LOVE WASTING GAS DURING TIMES LIKE THIS! SECOND you're likely to stand in disappointment while trying to navigate the obnoxious touchscreen system inside the "restaurant " & embarrassingly have to yell "CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME HERE!?" Mind you there were ONLY 9 give or take ONE employees in the kitchen at the time. I felt a bit bad for being upset that NO ONE helped me until I'm standing SIDE BY SIDE with a guy that is CLEARLY DISABLED & had been inside well before we got there asking for HELP! How do I know? HE TOLD ME AS HE WAS TRYING TO STAND waiting patiently! WE WERE THE ONLY TWO HOUSEHOLDS INSIDE OF THIS DUMP as well as MAYBE 6 cars in the drive-through. This sweet gentleman & I conversed for a while before anyone helped him, & again I was ignored. OHHHH BUT IT GETS BETTER!!!!! As we're waiting for a human to help us, I SEE A YOUNG MAN WALK OUT OF THE RESTROOM WITH HIS JUNK HANGING OUT! Oh but it gets even BETTER THAN THAT! HE TUCKS HIS JUNK IN, PULLS UP HIS ZIPPER AND..... RETURNS TO THE KITCHEN!!!!!!!!!! THE KITCHEN TO PREPARE FOOD! HE'S AN EMPLOYEE ON THE CLOCK!!!!! I looked at my boys and said "oh hell no we're outta here!" The ONLY young lady (15/16yrs) that helped anyone in the restaurant heard me & I explained to her what I witnessed & she replied "Eeew" & the other employees either didn't hear me or are honestly too young to know what to do in a situation like that (granted NO ONE should be forced to need to know). This young lady deserves credit & not to be reprimanded as she was again the ONLY employee that helped either myself or the disabled man. If this young lady had witnessed what I had... ooooh I'd be writing an entirely different review. She honestly was trying her best & at her age I think she did good. HOWEVER.... I can't let this go & spreading HEPATITIS, CANDIDA, ECOLI, & other bacteria/disease is not a damn joke! CLEAN IT UP! DON'T BELIEVE ME?...

After waiting behind 2 other cars I pulled right up to the order window and proceeded to wait 5min until they take the car parked next to me who got there less than 1min ago, then they get to me and I order for me and the family but they say they don't have my Powerade so I asked for a Orange Fanta and I asked for cookies at the end for desert so the lady says hang on let me check and puts her mike down and for the next 7min I hear the staff arguing with a customer and lots of banging in the kitchen before ahe comes back and says they're all out and my total is $26 something so I pull forward to the window and the car in front left after 5min and them I go and waited 8min for them to come to the window and then they didn't even know what i ordered so I repeat it and she says its $12 and I know I ordered at least $20 of food so I asked her to repeat it but she couldn't do that even after I repeated it to her and another staff member them they closed the window and were on they're phones for 3min before they left my view. I then waited for 12 min before a line of at least 3 cars were behind me in my rearview mirror before someone else came to tell me to pull forward and they will charge me in the parking lot????? Yea... so i went and waited another 6min for someone else to come take my card while also giving me the complete wrong order and drinks!! When she came back I was like this isn't what I ordered then she asked me what I ordered again !!! And i repeated my order AGAIN then when she came back and said we're only accepting cash so do u have twenty even for your food ! When i said no she said F*ck it I don't even like McDonald's keep the food and left I tried speaking with a manager but left after spending nearly 50 minutes there after I arrived at the drive thru order screen. This location is just terrible with customer service and cooking food properly because the food I was served at this location should have this place shut down immediately! The nuggets were over cooked, the spicy crispy sandwich was undercooked and the lettuce on the spicy was basically black . They need to hire good employees and management needs to be replaced or seriously...
Read moreHave only been to this location a few times. Was hopeful that after the construction things would be better. I was so wrong. Attempted to use the app first to just go and pick up. This is not a store problem but the app did not work. Said there was something wrong with the payment method but would not allow for me to change it. Ended up creating an issue with my bank and they placed a hold on my card. Decided to go the drive through instead. The young lady taking orders was inpatient and rude, asking if "that was all" or "anything else" after every item. Repeated parts of the order 3 times and she still didn't get it right. Got to the window and had to advise them of the corrections. They say okay and advise the kitchen staff. Ordered 2 smoothies and a drink that came with the kids meal. They hand those to us and then ask us to park because they are short staffed and are waiting on frys. Okay? So we park and wait 15 minutes for them to being our food out. Then the manager brings it out and apologizes and says oh she forgot a sandwich she will be right back. Okay, fine. We wait another 5 minutes and I have to go in to get the sandwich. I walk in and am not acknowledged by the kid at the front counter. The manager comes around a corner and remind her that I am still waiting. Her eyes.go wide and she says Oh My God. So she forgot. She mumbles something about being short staffed again. I wait a minute and finally get my sandwich, now that the rest of my order in the car is getting cold and the smoothies are melting. By the got home the food was like warm.at beat, so not sure how truly "fresh" it was. I understand it was a busy friday evening and they were short staffed, but that really isn't my problem. I have worked fast food and understand the stress of it. This is not something that should be outwardly expressed or discussed with customers. The manager needs additional training on how to delegate and work her staff. The drive through staff (order taker and cashier) as well as the front counter staff, need additional customer service training. They all failed. Will not return to this location ever. If I could have given no stars...
